Nothing to dislike.

The room was clean and tidy with decent facilities. I did not dine in for dinner or breakfast so cannot comment. One excellent plus point was the provision of a number of fast charging points, a real bonus for EV drivers, and not overpriced per KwH! Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Beds really uncomfortable as only bottom sheet straight onto mattress. No mattress cover which I think is very unhygienic as well.

Sightly disorganised with locating tables after ordering our meal. May help if the tables were numbered. And I had to clear used glasses etc from our table. Not sanitised by staff.

Not many staff and had to keep trying to attract their attention to check in and check out. No teaspoon in room for tea and coffee so has to come downstairs to get one. Bathroom was tired looking, the floor was uneven and there was gaffer tape taping something up on the floor!

Location. Lift. Very secure door entry system to your room. Facilities in room.

The safe could have worked, although I forgot to tell reception that we couldn't use it. It would have been very handy to have. The bottom drawer under the television wouldn't close properly.

The bed wasn't very comfy and the pillows were bulky. The shower pipe was leaking but I only had one shower and I forgot to tell them about it so that they can fix it for the benefit of their customer; it would have felt a lot better if it wasn't leaking in the first place.

I liked the lady at the reception, she was so nice and tried her best to help me and make my check in as soon as possible. I had a good night afterall.

The general cleanliness was poor. The bathroom had no extractor fan and as result there was mould on the ceilings and the shower curtain does not look like it is frequently washed. The sheets smelt like damp and mould. The WiFi did not work at all in my room which I needed to do work. There is also absolutely no sound proofing between rooms either side or on the floor above.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

No extra pillows which according to info should have been in the wardrobe.

Room was clean and adequate for 1 night. No spare pillows in room. Breakfast was good on the whole although bacon was a bit hard.

The decor is a bit dated and tired.

I really like this hotel. It is a little dated but its clean and tidy and the staff are really nice. The rooms are a good size and the beds really comfortable. I only use for overnight airport stops but it really is nice.

The shower head needs descaling and the hose leaked like a sieve, no spoon for tea or coffee. Holes in bedsheets.

The location to the M1, a pleasant room and the bar and restaurant facilities (although I didn't use either).

Noisey with plane flying past Creaking floors shower was very slow and loose no plug sockets near the bed to put your phone on charge had to go to other side of room to charge ceiling cracked toilet was slow to fill back up after flushing bed base wash dirty the mattress was to soft very budget type .

Stain on the duvet cover which they changed. Half the lights didn’t work and bed side lamp kept flashing. Very tired needs a refurbishment.
