Very good location! Cute grounds- the lodges/cabins are in the owers back garden which is quite large. Its very safe, private and cosy. Lodge itself very comfortable! Clean! Needs a bit of TLC like most accommodations but nothing major. Kitchen nicely organised and had everything we needed and more. Host Lorraine is a delightful sunny person. Joy to talk to! Very helpful. Place is also easy to find. Really liked the garden. Good for all sorts of guests who like lodges/cabins- families, couples, solo travellers.

Great locatjon - village has everything you need and the lodges are set on a beautiful bit of land at the back of the owners house. Absolutely so comfortable, everything you could need and all comfortable. As a family of 4 it can be tricky to find somewhere to stay all together in one room but this really nailed it!

The boiler was a bit noisy, but the temperature was below freezing so the boiler had to work.overtime to keep us cosy and warm.

Our stay was great value for what we got. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed.

Two things I would like to mention, firstly the bathroom, it would be nice if there was an extracter fan or a window you could open in the bathroom, only to vent steam/condensation ... Secondly, if you are staying as a family group - everything except the bathroom is one big open room ... if you have children with you or adults requiring their own space/room, that is not an option with the lodge we stayed in ... The lodge we stayed in had two double beds & one single bed, plenty of room for everyone, but you won't get much privacy.

Lorraine is the perfect host, always on hand checking that everything is OK, full of useful hints, tips & information to make your stay easier & more satisfying. The lodge we were allocated was excellent, perfect location for us as we were visiting family in Burwell. Location is private & very peaceful, lovely landscaping ...

Maybe that it’s a shared garden but that’s about it.

Nice location, cosy annex type out houses in the garden. They’re well presented, well looked after, we felt extremely comfortable.

Shower though effective was tricky to operate. Chalet could have been warmer at times- heating remotely operated. And it was the end of October!

Well stocked, with utensils towels etc. Comfortable bed and really liked the location.

What an amazing find. From start to finish communication was excellent. The lodge was beautifully furnished. Everything for a home from home experience. Loved the little touches in the bathroom. Lorraine was superb, checked with us to see if everything was ok.... more than ok Lorraine, thank you.

The only problem I came across and it's not a big issue, is that I believe the room would have benefitted by having a fan included as my stay was during a heatwave and the room got a bit warm at night.

The bathroom needs an extractor fan OR a window. It has neither. Would be nice if exterior had a good clean and cobwebs removed.
