I don’t like leaving much negative stuff but the apartment does look a bit tired in areas. The balcony wasn’t really appealing, the wet room could have done with a mirror on the wall and a powerful shower. The fridge must be on the blink as nothing was chilling in there so had to put some beers in the freezer. We always like to clean up after ourselves but we didn’t even have a dustpan and brush to clean the floor. The TV’s in the bedroom were not programmed for channels. Still a lovely apartment but a little TLC would be great.

The second time we have stayed at apartment 8 and really enjoyed it once again. Lovely location with a balcony which we enjoyed and sat out watching the sunset.

It is a perfect flat for 2 people, could easily hold 4, but only had 2 forks and no baking trays for the oven or grill.

The flat is really comfortable with excellent double glazing for sound proofing. The beds were so comfy. The towels are huge and thick.

only thing was the lift,only because if others didnt shut the doors properly the lift didnt work,so had to go up and down the steps to see which floor it wasnt shut on for my mum to use the lift but apart from that was a lovely stay

The lift only taking 1 person at a time,and it not being closed by the last person who used it, so we had to climb a lot of stairs to the 3rd floor Penthouse.

We stayed for 3 nights and we loved the location,literally opposite the beach. The actual apartment was perfect for our needs,plus we had a balcony.Extremely comfortable stay. Also the sofa was amazingly soft and comfy.

Very minor suggestions. Some glasses/tumblers would be nice along with some table mats and coasters. I worried about damaging the glass topped table. The four chairs at the table need replacing.....they're a bit wobbly!!

The position was great and the size really nice for a single person stay. Close to the sea and to a decent 'chippy', pub and tram stop. It was also quiet and very comfortable.

the bathroom rail was falling down and mold on the shower curtain and really needs a blind in the bathroom and kitchen bathroom door handle was lose the bed bass was broken and paint was unfinished

No mirror in bathroom. No towel rails, but found an airer in the wardrobe and used that. Toilet seat cracked. Not enough toilet tissue. ( 1 roll !!) WiFi was rubbish. No champagne glasses.

Loved the view. Lovely spotless apartment, nice decor. Comfortable bed. Heating great. Soap and washing up liquid provided.

The lift that only one person can go in at a time, with metal doors that clang.

Good location, large bedrooms and lounge/dining area. Comfortable beds too and lots of storage room. Parking on site. Directly on the sea front, very close to South Pier and pleasure beach. Tram stops are handy a few steps away.
