The behavior of the staff, the lady that checked me in on the 11th April, towards 7pm she insulted me. Most of the staff dnt know their work

I liked just the service of one staff, and the managers behavior. I also liked room 2

There were no lockers provided to store belongings, I kept my stuff under my bed and in the middle of the room. The kitchen is too small for the property, it was crowded and the kettle was broken. There were no power outlets near the beds, had to use extensions. Had to have a cold shower once because there was no hot water. Room door locks need replacing.

The front door is broken which pretty much sums the place up. The beds are old, uncomfortable and not very stable. The bathrooms are sometimes clean but often not and look like they’re falling apart. The lock on our room door was dodgy, and the floor was dirty. Also there was someone drilling into the wall in the night. Considering our room was full and everyone was trying to sleep, it definitely wasn’t the right time to be doing maintenance work. Although I was prepared for the shower being in the room having read reviews, it was a shock to find the shower head didn’t attach to the wall at all. You either had to hold it or drape it over the tape and squat under it to get clean. It also is literally a shower cubicle, so if you don’t want to get dressed in front of the rest of the room you’ll have to stand in the wet shower to get dressed.

The staff seemed nice and the tube station is literally across the road.

there is no place to put luggage. the location is very hard to find, both as a building and the door leading to it.

there is a mirror and a sink in the room. the beds are comfy. toilets are very spacey

We knew it was a hostel and we did not have much expectations. However, we were glad we only booked 1 night.. The bed covers looked doubtful but honestly, the most surprising thing was to find that the shower was a tiny cabinet within the dormitory. It looked like a phone booth in the room. You don't see through the cabinet itself, but you have no room inside to be able to undress and dress back up. No intimacy!

The staff was nice and the reception is opened all night. It's close to an underground station and there is a nice pub right next door . We were on the 2nd floor and the toilets for the ladies were actually alright. We got up at 6am and we could see that the cleaner did a good job.

Some toilets don't flush. Sometimes the staff can be a bit mean. There is cleaning but sometimes it can be done a bit better. There is almost no stuff to use in the kitchen, it broken dirty or just not useful! and the matras springs really poke your skin!

it's cheap and therefore a good place to stay. There is regally cleaning!

- plug for charging was at the end of the room - toilet on the 2nd floor female kept on flooding when I was there - shower on 2nd floor female were old and really small and the window wont close! 3rd floor a bit better - kitchen almost on unusable condition - everything is just really old and dirty looking - if youre on the lower bed of bunk bend, you cant sit up straight cause not enough space, Im short only 5’1

- there was a guy staff who helped me bring my luggage up to my room in 2nd floor. That was helpful - the room itself for 4 female was comfy enough(maybe because it was just 2 of us) - there’s always a cleaner for the toilets but still flooding. Go for 3rd floor instead

Loud noises - people rudely arguing - from corridor and from closed window. Not feeling safe in the room. Not possible to lock room from inside with key. Luggage storage is for charge and leaving things in room is not safe as almost anyone can enter. Walkin in this hostel at nightime is also not comfortable for a lone girl.
