A USB socket would have been great. Would have been good to have a few more T Bags on guest tray, as there was only 2.

I liked the fact that the hotel is in a quiet area with little external noise outside. Bed was nice and comfortable.

Poor directions/signage around a maze of a "hotel" aimed at groups rather than individuals. Premium room lacked some comfort, eg TV didn't work, lampshades were broken, poor soundproofing, didn't smell very fresh.

Large buildings to navigate round, leisure facility was getting outdated and tatty. No obvious bar to drink and watch sport. Annoying built-in headboard designed for a single bed, needs removing from a double bed as kept knocking my head.

Pleasant place to stay, cost, food was good (thanks Ganesh and team) and reasonable, near attractions, leisure facility at no extra cost. Warm, bed was comfortable. Plenty of free parking.

I had dinner here as well, and if I'm honest I have no idea what was going on. It was half buffet half get what you given. I found it strange as well that a place that comes with really good health club attached offered such unhealthy dinner minus the meat was all carb carb carb where's my plate stacked with meats. I still don't know how much it was as price wasn't advertised anywhere

To get to room from main receti was a maze, car park was huge and quite full so had to park quite far from main reception, light switches were hidden behind pillow, no side table on 1 side, room was small and lacked character. Staff on reception were OK but didn't tell other members of our group that you couldn't park in certain places and didn't tell them about the pool area.

We went to the bar and there was no one there to serve. We had to ring the bell 3 times. A manager did arrive to serve us but then the barman appeared We did not realise he was looking for a pacific bottle for another couple at the bar. Once the manager seen the barman she then disappeared without serving us We had to wait another 5 mins until the barman finished serving the other couple. The barman did apologise for the wait. There was plenty of house for breakfast. We chose a cooked breakfast but found it very poor. The only item hot was the sausages everything else was cold which did not make it enjoyable. Having said this we would probably stay again but not opt for breakfast.

The location is very central and the process was excellent for a 1 night stay.

Was a bit disappointed to see the room didn't have a small fridge as I brought food. The bathroom could have been cleaner with more attention to the mould on the bathroom caulk. I was also surprised by the pool hours and seeing as it's in a separate facility it would have been nice to have longer open hours.
