We had booked a twin room for my sister and myself but we had a double bed. I am sure if I had mentioned it at the time they may have changed the room but they were very busy. My only real complaint from the room is that the shower is almost impossible to work - hot, cold or dribble!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and very comfy beds and linen.

Evening meal is overpriced for the quality of food provided. I did not consider the meal I had to be of value for money or of a good enough standard for the price bracket of the hotel.

We stay here regularly and it’s always our go to place for a weekend stay. The staff are great and couldn’t be more helpful and the whole place is just a wonderful hotel and spa! Already can’t wait for our next visit :)

It was clean, spacious, luxurious. Lots of car parking spaces. The garden was beautiful. The rooms were lovely. Spa was clean and amazing. Everyone had exceptional customer service. The receptionist on check in and out was such a lovely lady and very welcoming. We spent the day at the spa and The spa manager Laurie was a star. Nothing is too much of an ask, he wants to make sure everyone has everything they need at the spa and is attentive. Great attitude. We ate in the bar and loved the vibe there, again waiters were lovely and made our dinner experience nice. We had the best time and we can’t wait to return 10/10

Some seats in the pool area weren't so clean.

Took my mother for her 50th birthday to relax and enjoy. The sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and pool were all a delight to use. The photos don't do the place justice; it's much larger and prettier in person. Every member of staff was lovely and welcoming, from the reception to the breakfast staff. They were even kind enough to leave a birthday card and drinks in the room (which we unfortunately forgot to take out of the fridge). The room was larger than expected, too. Breakfast tasted amazing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The attention to detail. The tea and coffee in the room are Taylor’s of Harrogate and you can get real milk from a dispenser, rather than awful UHT stuff. The toiletries are The White Company and the rooms are large with plenty of storage space.

late check in was a pain as we were attending a wedding. Most places we have ever stayed are 2pm so the 3pm was a bit annoying. But staff were lovely and let us check in at 2.30 as there was a room available so all good. Thanks team :)

overall a great experience here. Staff were excellent as to be expected. Room was lovley with a separate area for lounge and desk and chair which we used. Spa facilities on site if you wanted that. Its something we would return for.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The standard room was a little more basic but the family room was superb. Very spacious and clean. The bar and restaurant were really lovely and the pool was fab. We paid £25 for a spa pass for the whole family for the weekend which was reasonable. Food was delicious and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would highly recommend
