Great location, plenty of parking nearby free of charge. Excellent communication beforehand, spacious room with a large very comfortable bed. Large, fast flowing shower. Iron & hairdryer in the bedroom was great. Maid service available every day.

An great room. Convenient check in and check out, and easy access to extra towels, coffee, etc. The bed was very comfortable. I had a private but separate bathroom, and this was always clean, large, and was not used by other guests. Fabulous value for money, especially when booked close to the stay and around Christmas.

Great location fromm city centre if you're happy with a 25ish minute walk. Also on an easy, regular bus route. Quiet room which was very clean with all good amenities. Great shower, hot water, view of the garden and very reasonable price

The bed was very comfortable, and the room very clean and warm. Despite of being outside the room, the bathroom was very clean and with a sign advising it was exclusive to our room.

I really liked the cleaning of the room, everything was comfortable, it was a little cold at the beginning but we soon understood how to make the heating work and it was great. The room was big and with every comfort inside, the TV, different ways of lighting it up, big and comfortable bed.

I love that the guesthouse maintained the original design of the house and chose room decor to match. The room was very quiet and comfortable and had an excellent corner with armchairs and a table to take tea.

Staff were helpful and the guest house was very clean. The breakfast was ok with a choice of either hot or cold food. Have to say the cooked breakfast choice was limited and although the quantity was good it would have been good to have had say bacon rather than sausages every day. Location was excellent with bus stops into city centre outside.

Our room had en-suite, spotlessly clean, vey comfortable bed. Lovely toiletries and tea coffee making facilities. Nice touch additional tea/coffee etc available if required on table outside bedrooms. Not needed but was provided

The room was big enough for two persons, the extern bath was always free and there were no problems by using with the neighbor hotel room. the breakfast was very nice, warm and cold dishes and freshly. the host were always friendly :)

The owners were extremely welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts were excellent and the owner cooked us something quickly on our last morning as we had to leave early for an early flight.

It's a very well maintained hotel, with the owners really trying it to be cousy as it can be. Very clean and pretty, smell inside was really good. In a walking dustance to all pubs, city centres, and other attractions.

Where do I start! As soon as you walk through the door you enter a world of luxury and attention to detail. The collection of music memorabilia was amazing, only upstaged by the leopard print carpet! Our room (no 2) was stunning. The bed was huge and the period features were dramatic.

Good situation near to centre of town. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice and flexibility. Little extras in the room made us feel very welcome. Great recommendations from John the host re places to eat. Highly recommend this
