It didn't feel like a regular hotel. I needed to call to get the passcode to open the main door to get into the property. Very little or no contact with staff on ground.

I didn't have any meal at location due to my schedule. Location is great and perfect, easy to find. Attractions around include the Kensington palace and gardens, Science, Natural History, Victoria and Albert museums and the Royal Albert Hall

There was no one there to meet us. We had to call someone who then sent us to 3 rooms before we found the correct one. He sent us to a room that had someone else in it who we walked in on. It was very noisy all night and not at all clean.

Very dirty (hairs and stains on sheets, moldy bathrooms, toilets were disgusting) Strange check-in via phone, there is almost never anyone at reception. We booked a room with private bathroom which we didn't have until our second night (we changed rooms), so the first night we had to share a dirty bathroom with other guests. To change rooms it was very difficult, there was no one to help us. Probably not the safest place to stay. There weren't enough towels for all guests.

There was supposed to be WiFi and TV but none of them worked in our room at all, I had children with me so they're a needed necessity. There was multiple flights of stairs to get to our room,and 1 of the children I had with me has a disability regarding her legs and I couldn't request a change of room as there was no reception for me to ask .

After reading the reviews for this hotel we were very reluctant to go ahead with our stay. However; we thought we'd give it a chance. There were no staff on arrival. After waiting in the empty reception office I called the number specified on the app. A friendly gentleman told me my room number, the room key was on the door. The room was fairly clean but basic (2 mismatching double beds, a kettle, fridge, tv, portable heater). The television only worked if connected to our phone or ipad. Definitely no free WiFi available as advertised. Although we had a kettle there were no mugs or teaspoons in the room. More information regarding the facilities on offer would have been helpful. Surprised this hotel is still advertised in Booking.com.

I am afraid to say it wasn't the best experience. From first impressions, the place looked like flats, not a hotel. I only ever saw one member of staff who should me a room down in the basement, not a sole after. The room was very tired and hot, the bathroom well that was just about functionable and blatantly not maintained very well.

Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, light didn’t work in the bathroom. When I arrived to check in no one in the reception many other people waiting to check in and had to call and told us which room we was in however it wasn’t the same room as I appeared to book the booking said 3 double beds in the room but only had 2. Wall outlets didn’t work either near the bed.

Brilliant location brilliant price and comfy bed, water bottles in rooms which was nice and crisps as well.

First day, I didn't get in, so I had to arrange a stay somewhere else, after waiting for more than an hour. I need the reimbursement for one night at least. Other than that, I asked for an Iron, I have not gotten it until today, no internet connection, cold rooms, no heating, I got an electric one but room still stays cold. No warm waters, no cleaning, no availability of the staff if you need any help or information. very poor experience. Even when I called the booking.com help centre, they cut off my call... this is something that I would never expect especially when somebody has paid for five nights, has travelled from another country and needs a place for night stay but is not being let in. After this experience, I would not prefer to even go with booking.com until my concerns are addressed in areasonable way.

It is a good place in terms of its location, everything is nearby, even a park just on the opposite side of teh reoad where you can have a walk.

When I walked into the reception there was no one there, and there were no bells or anything that I could notify the staff, I could only stand there and wait for someone to show up. The bathroom door is broken (really badly) feels like someone hit it or kicked it really hard. The wardrobe door seems almost broken, and very difficult to open and close.

The staff is really friendly, helping us to carry the luggage as we have three elderly people and a lot of stairs need to climb. it's very quiet at night. Lots of free chips and bottled water are provided in the room.

The property was not what I was expecting, it was more like an air b and b than a hotel. The room was very basic. There was no TV as stated. The rooms didn’t have a kettle these were in a shared kitchen two floors up which was locked. There was no view as we was in the basement, the lights to the hall was on a timer meaning it was pitch black until you was fully downstairs. There was no desk, hair dryer, or clothes rack all which was listed. Just two beds and one bedside table. The plugs were behind the bed so we had to move everything to even use a phone charger. There was free bottles of water and crisp on arrival however theres no reception so we was unsure what to do when we did arrive.

No staff working at the property. I had to phone to find out what was happening and where to go. Not adequate signage outside. Just the number 36. Front door remained open to the public throughout the night and unmanned so I felt unsafe.

Everything. T.v. was in room for show no lead to plug it in. No kettle or hot drinks just some bottles of water and cans of Pepsi. Hairs left in the shower. No one on reception when we got there. Later on there was a knock on the door to see how many people was staying in the room. Says free WiFi but was never given password even after I had asked and was told he would back later with it after he had checked the rest of the hotel

The room was dirty, so was the bathroom. There was no staff at the property at all. The key was left in the bedroom door and the door to enter the building was not locked so anyone could have gone into our room before we arrived. There was also a horrible smell. The building itself was very run down with dents in the roof. We were in the basement and I there was a door to the outside patio which was locked close but not sealed properly. The rooms lock was really difficult to use and the key kept getting stuck in the door when trying to lock and unlock the room.

I was really disappointed that there was no one to meet us when we arrived at this accommodation, we were on a tight timescale as we had booked to go to winter wonderland on a specific time, we spent 30 mins trying to enter the accommodation and speak to neighbouring accommodations to find out what the check in process was, when the Owner eventually turned up and was unapologetic..I didn't expect much from the room as I only booked it for a bed for the night, BUT the check in process NEEDS to be changed, a note on the door or a contact number for someone to ring when we had arrived would of made it better.

They didn’t ask me any details of my booking and the room was like a box for 4 people without a window in the whole room neither the toilet. It was two double beds and no more space for anything else, we didn’t have any space for the coats so imagine for the luggage
