Was amazing, the visit was for my bf’s birthday and they exceeded my expectations completely. The room was absolutely stunning! Can only say one thing that would have make it better was some bubble bath in the room, everything else was amazing!

Check in time was a bit late in the day even 1 hour earlier would have been better. The room was a bit small we couldn’t walk passed each other at the bottom of the bed, the full length mirror was in th wrong place, no room to step back to look at yourself.

The decor was lovely, bed was comfortable, room and bathrooms were spotless. Lovely hotel. Spa worth a visit

If I was being really picky it would be having a bottle of water for free in our room as a bottle of water was charged in the mini bar. But nothing else great stay.

We stayed on a Monday night for £169. Lovely room and shower was fantastic. Espa smellies were lovely and you got plenty of them! The infinity pool on 7th floor was our highlight and the spa. Friendly staff. We will definitely be staying again. Felt a luxury staying here.

Stunning property, the staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing.

The front desk staff during the day was not the most helpful, one did not have the impression that she would go out of her way to help and the attitude seemed insincere. For instance I was asked to walk back up to my room to fetch my own laundry because she did not think there was enough staff to do so (there was cleaning staff in front of my room). When I arrived, a couple of hours early, I was told an early check in would be possible, but was never contacted with an update on when my room would be ready, and in the end was only let into the room at exactly 3 pm (it is hard to believe 4 hours are needed to prepare rooms, given that check-out is 11 am - I am pretty sure she was just trying to spite me). Overall I got the impression the front desk attendant was not trying her best, and was being insincere in her communication with me.

The facility is very nice for an urban hotel. The restaurant was exceptional including the staff

The hotel was absolutely amazing and met all my expectations. The whole place was gorgeous and everything I had planned for my proposal came to fruition thanks to the amazing staff who helped me, especially Eva and Viki who were thoroughly supportive and attentive to detail. Thank you for making this a wonderful proposal to my now wife. I can't appreciate it enough, even allowing us to use the rooftop swimming pool made it more magical
