We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The building is lovely and so are staff. We arrived too late for the restaurant but we were directed to great Indian takeout next door and KA provided the plates etc we sat and in the restaurant. My little well behaved dog was made very welcome.

Needed a place to stay close to Stansted Airport. We chose this as it was only a 12 minute drive away. Good, friendly small place (pub with rooms) and with a very well equipped, good quality and comfortable room. Enjoyed a good value meal in the evening. Had private parking at no charge.

ReunionThe bathroom floor wasn't spotlessly clean and an old towel (from a previous guest) had been left hanging on the back of the door. The rest was perfectly clean.
I liked the size of the room, the shelving space, the comfort of the bed, the general cosiness of the room. There is a mini fridge with fresh milk for tea, lots of tea, coffee available. My room was surprisingly calm in spite of being on the round about. I also liked the pub downstairs. Lovely atmosphere.

NorwayNo complaints at all. The food is standard pub food rather than gourmet and that's fine by me. Oh, there was a yellow belisha beacon flashing all night outside room 4 (they can't do anything about that) but I closed the blind and it wasn't a problem sleeping.
The staff were lovely, the room was beautiful, the facilities were excellent, the Timothy Taylor beer perfect. I especially loved the mini-fridge with bottle of milk in (and cereal).
