Cannot fault this hotel at all! Me and my husband came end of October for a weekend and absolutely loved our stay. Very homely and can tell they take pride in their business. Breakfast was amazing and cocktails are a must have!!!

Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Nice to meet people from Ireland also. Those sandwiches in evening just hit the spot. We wanted something a bit higher standard and this did not disappoint.

There was no complaints from us, we had a fantastic stay here for my birthday. They even went above and beyond with a happy birthday banner, card and a bottle of wine. The breakfast was so tasty and the staff where so Friendly and accommodating when we arrived early.

Fantastic Hotel. Really enjoyed our stay here, lovely team working here. Room is stunning, highest standard of bedding, towels, extras like USB chargers. The bar area is very nice and relaxing. We stayed in sea view room and really large windows give great view, peaceful at night. Parking outside was ideal.

This really is a gem of a hotel with great hosts. Fiona and Eamonn were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel extremely welcome. The rooms are immaculate, comfortable and stylish and we loved the cozy feel to the bar/lounge. We chose full English breakfast which was cooked perfectly with very generous portions. The location was good for us as it was at the quiet end of town and just across from a tram stop so very easy to get into the centre of things and there are good restaurants within walking distance. Free parking was a great bonus too. We had a great stay and have already booked to go back! We will not forget the doggy treats for Tyson next time. x Andrea & Tony

Could've done with a fan as it was so hot! However it's rare it's that hot in Blackpool so it's not an essential. After submitting this review I got a phone call from the owner regarding what id put. Im a bit baffled by this as the review was actually really good. I put down 4/5 for cleanliness and she wanted to know why, so here's a few reasons. 1. The water didn't drain very well leaving a horrible mess in the sink. 2. The shower didn't open well at all, it sticks whilst trying to open it. 3. The room wasn't cleaned during our stay. So these are the reasons why I didn't rate this hotel a 5* hotel which I think is fair enough. I visit Blackpool every year and I've stayed in hotels for half the price with all the same facilities. I don't appreciate being phoned up whilst im at work to be harassed for my opinion. I also don't appreciate the owner making out they did me favour for letting my brother park his car at the hotel... I was entitled to a parking space according to the booking and he was my transport for the weekend. For this reason I will no longer be recommending this hotel or staying here again in the future.
