Loved the area as it was such a tranquil spot and so easy to find. It had plenty of cycling and walks close by. Felt like home away from home.

The lights outside our pod didn't work and there was no staff on site. When we arrived we had to wait until I got a phone signal to receive WhatsApp message of how to enter the property.

It was a lovely little pod. A good base to explore the Isle of Arran. Very clean. Has WiFi which is a blessing when you have 2 children with you.

I would’ve preferred my car parked outside the pod not for driving to and from more to do with storing stuff in car due to living in a smaller space.

It was really cosy and the bed was super comfy. The scenery was beautiful and loved our wee animal neighbours too and we liked the isolation and still had a feel of camping to it.

Amazing facilities at Kings Caves Glamping - the pods were super-comfortable and all the amenities you could want were available. We particularly like the Bluetooth speakers and the hot tub! Communication was great and the written details to support everything were very helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had no grumbles at all. A tray would be useful and maybe the addition of a rechargeable torch. But absolutely nothing was wrong. Thank you.

Superb pod, clean, comfy comfy bed, great facilities for catering, location quiet. Friendly staff and recycling facilities too 👍. Loved everything. Communication was excellent pre arrival. You had thought of all essentials...and non essentials.

A wonderful base to explore a stunning island

Arran is a beautiful island, and these Pods are a great base from which to explore it. They're modern, clean, warm and cosy. Ideal for 2, 4 would be a little cramped, though possible for a short stay. The staff were extremely helpful and the site is very quiet. The only drawback was a lack of drying facilities to air damp clothes, though we managed to cobble a solution together. Having exchanged emails with the owner they're going to look at addressing this, which is great news; we'd certainly use again.

The mirror in the bathroom is too low to be of any use (eg shaving) . It would be practical to be able to drive the car up to the pod to load and unload belongings.

Quiet and peaceful location - very clean well laid out inside .

Sarah was very attentive with communication before and during our stay. The self check-in was super easy. The lodge itself was beautiful - really spacious, finished to a high standard, and immaculately clean! The bathroom was great, with a really good, hot shower. The bed was a large double and was super comfy. The kitchen was very well catered for, with all the plates, pots, pans, utensils and cleaning equipment you'd need. Highly recommend, and will definitely be back next time we are on Arran!

    Nothing to say here!

The Glamping pods we were staying in were absolutely stunning. They were so comfy, well insulated and had everything you could want. The view from your bed looking out at the lake and countryside was amazing. We felt so cozy at night listening to the rain hit pour on the pod while we slept. We were there for a wedding and due to the limited taxi's we did have an hour walk to the venue. But Janice who was performing the changeovers very kindly gave us a lift to the venue! Really fantastic service.
