Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The bed was super comfortable, sheets and towels were very clean. Hairdryers and irons can be used upon request, and lots of complimentary water, coffee. Staff was very friendly. Location was convenient, close from Kings Cross station where we arrived late and left early next morning.

United KingdomAlthough we knew the room was small, we didn't expect to be as small as it was. It wasn't helped by a chair that didn't fit under the small table. Appears to be work in progress in this hotel.
It was an ideal location for what we needed which was a west end show and an early start for the eurostar the following morning. The room was spotlessly clean and bed comfortable.

Small things but wouldn’t say it was .4 stars at all as workmen still working from early in the morning!

United KingdomAs work is still being done to the hotel, there was noise from the work and people as well as doors slamming in the morning. Don’t expect to sleep in.
The hotel was recently opened and work is still being done. The elevator was not working however the staff will carry your bag to and from your room when arriving and leaving. There was no WiFi as the signal was down however this didn’t bother me. The room was brand new, comfortable and clean so no issues there. The location is less than a 10 minute walk to the King’s Cross station, perfect for getting to the underground. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The entrance to the hotel closed around 9pm and you will need to call the number on the door to be let in.

United KingdomA very new facility, work was still being done during our stay. Our card couldn't be used to lock our own hotel room. The receptionist had to lock it for us, which didn't fill us with confidence when we went out for dinner. A bit of mould/ disclourment on the walls on floor 2, quite a grim sight. Had to have £25 held in my bank account. Had to call the receptionist to open the main door off the street of the hotel. Didn't fill us with any confidence whatsoever, why did the door need to be locked?
Very new facilities, including Air Conditioning in the room. Very good receptionist, a very pleasant and friendly man. Great location, around 8 minutes from St Pancras International Station.
