It would be more relaxing if the room was a bit larger:)

The bed was super comfortable, sheets and towels were very clean. Hairdryers and irons can be used upon request, and lots of complimentary water, coffee. Staff was very friendly. Location was convenient, close from Kings Cross station where we arrived late and left early next morning.

Although we knew the room was small, we didn't expect to be as small as it was. It wasn't helped by a chair that didn't fit under the small table. Appears to be work in progress in this hotel.

It was an ideal location for what we needed which was a west end show and an early start for the eurostar the following morning. The room was spotlessly clean and bed comfortable.

Very recently opened - nicely done. Very friendly and warm welcome. Room was small, but had everything it needed. More a place to sleep and not to linger, but a great choice, especially when looking for something close to Kings Cross

Rooms are very small and we had a superior room! Also the lifts weren’t working although our cases were carried up! Need teaspoons on the tray! Need shower gel in the shower cubicle! Small things but wouldn’t say it was .4 stars at all as workmen still working from early in the morning!

Main door was closed during the night or if staff were away, and you had to call a number. sometimes the phone number was not there,... or they didnt answer it. I had the feeling we were in a hostel sometimes. Not a proper 24/7 rececption desk.

Clearly only recently opened, things were a little bit disjointed but the staff were attentive and doing their best to help. Room was clean and nicely finished. Shower was awesome.

l would say its not spacious . the sink is really small and the shower. besides that no complaints.

it was clean and everything looked new . the location is five minutes walk from St Pancras Station. so there's loads of food shops around. there's was a nice big TV.

As work is still being done to the hotel, there was noise from the work and people as well as doors slamming in the morning. Don’t expect to sleep in.

The hotel was recently opened and work is still being done. The elevator was not working however the staff will carry your bag to and from your room when arriving and leaving. There was no WiFi as the signal was down however this didn’t bother me. The room was brand new, comfortable and clean so no issues there. The location is less than a 10 minute walk to the King’s Cross station, perfect for getting to the underground. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The entrance to the hotel closed around 9pm and you will need to call the number on the door to be let in.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and had everything I needed for a work trip - bonus the shower pressure was great.shower gels and shampoo was provided and they smelt gorgeous.

I definitely recommend staying in this brand new location of the hotel. The facilities were amazing and I had no issues navigating my checkin since the staff at reception was very welcoming. The location is very central and it helped me get access to necessities easily. The room and washrooms were clean and spacious. Would visit again soon!

The room was 4 m2. Nothing to add. Except there was no elevator and the key to the room did not work. 4 stars? That cannot be true. Was a hostel until a few weeks ago.

A very new facility, work was still being done during our stay. Our card couldn't be used to lock our own hotel room. The receptionist had to lock it for us, which didn't fill us with confidence when we went out for dinner. A bit of mould/ disclourment on the walls on floor 2, quite a grim sight. Had to have £25 held in my bank account. Had to call the receptionist to open the main door off the street of the hotel. Didn't fill us with any confidence whatsoever, why did the door need to be locked?

Very new facilities, including Air Conditioning in the room. Very good receptionist, a very pleasant and friendly man. Great location, around 8 minutes from St Pancras International Station.

There was refurbishment going on which I wasn’t informed about. Workman were talking very loudly and using g power tools from 7am!! the walls and windows (not double glazed) were very thin so it was very noisy.
