Our room was along the front side which is right on a busy road. Noisy with cars throughout the night made it difficult to sleep.

No bar and room was small. Sink hovered over the toilet so felt a bit claustrophobic. Not many channels to watch on the tv.

Reception/Communal areas very small & limited, no toilet facilities for guests. Access to the property would be difficult for some due to the steps (did not see another option) No lifts either. Couldn’t see out of windows. No information in the room about the hotel. It has only been open for one month, they are still refurbishing.

Lovely room for one night, wouldn’t stay longer. Clean with good facilities, such as USB points, tea & coffee with biscuits. 20 minute walk from Euston.

The room for 2 is very small, you could barely open the door, the elevator didn’t work.

Windows cracked, outside dirty and didn't lock, no outside photos of hotel on website obviously because its in a run down area. The room has no where to hang clothes.

Although the smallest hotel rooms have ever stayed in, the room was spotless and the bed was comfy. Receptionist was very polite and friendly

The hotel is under renovation so there is paint smell in all common areas. Also there is no wardrobe and the hungers are tiny for just 3-4 garments. For 3 people sharing a room this is not enough. Garbage bin very very tiny, no surface to hold your shampoo when in the shower.

Was quite noisy at night, single glazed windows meant a lot of street noise both at night and early morning.

For the price and for being so central this is a great little place to know about. You wouldn’t spend hours in the room - they’re small rooms. But they’re cosy and comfortable and have everything you need as a bolt hole on a reasonable budget. Compared with what you get for double the price close by, this isn’t a bad call!

The room was so so small with no space for 1 suitcase, let alone 2. I dont think it would be possible for 2 people to occupy this room.

Single room was compact - no wardrobe space so only really suitable for a short stay although suitcases would fit under the bed. A little noisy early morning with some construction noise early morning.

The staff was very caring and always there to accompany us, the check-in and check-out very easy, very accommodating and the moved our bags in the room when free, leaving us the time to enjoy our trip knowing our stuff will be ready whenever we decide to come back to the hotel. Its really fresh and clean and the people there are here for you.

The air con was very noisy but essential as there was no air in the room. That said, it’s super cheap and a great location so for the £90 we paid I can’t complain.

The bed was super comfortable, sheets and towels were very clean. Hairdryers and irons can be used upon request, and lots of complimentary water, coffee. Staff was very friendly. Location was convenient, close from Kings Cross station where we arrived late and left early next morning.
