You can hear noise outside Very clearly a few are not a heavy sleeper. That’s a problem. The air conditioner worked like an airplane turbo engine very noisy and need to be fixed or change ASAP

Excellent location that helped us a lot One minute away from King Cross Railway Station and Subway , overall the property is clean missed some spots of dust here and there but overall clean bathrooms with hot shower every day housekeeping, available mini fridge , TV and coffee corner with kettle , decent space to store all the luggage And actually I can return to this place for four nights it was acceptable and worth the value

Good location just accross the street from King's Cross/St. Pancras stations. Small fridge in the room. Desk suited for work, would be even better witout the hair dryer attached.

From our room we heard every step of the stairway. We are heavy sleepers and ended each day super tired but light sleepers be wary.

The building looked a bit shabby outside, but we had a refurbished and clean room inside, so first impression might be misleading. There was noise during early hours from water pipes, which stopped at some point, though. Window looked at a wall. But it didn't matter to us as we only wanted the room for the night.

Very central and convenient location, next to King's Cross train and tube station and bus stops (with several buses going to the city centre). Also, walking distance from Russell Square, British Museum and Oxford Street. Room was small but refurbished, very clean and well equipped (kettle with cups and coffee/tea/milk, fridge, hair dryer, air conditioning, flat screen TV). Good room temperature. Shower had good water pressure and temperature. Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Polite staff. Regular cleaning in the corridors.

I paid for the room with city views but what i got was a window looking onto a brick wall. Other reviews stated you could not hear the trains but this is a lie as im partially deaf and i could hear the trains every minute. I had to have the tv up so loud i thought i would disturb other guests. We were told online they did not do breakfast so we booked breakfast else where and when we got there found we could get breakfast there but didnt. Didnt find the staff very helpful they would tell you what to do then would vanish from reception.

The room was good location excellent. The room was cleaned daily and the room was nice for what it was. Being able to get to the hotel and being able to store our luggage was very handy as we got there at 11am but couldnt book in until 2pm so being able to store our luggage safely gave us time to wonder around and enjoy the sites.

Be careful with the lift. I wouldn’t recommend using it. Upgrade your room before you go there. The top rooms might not be available.

That the room and facilities are very old. That there is no lift access to our room and we have to carry our heavy luggages up and through mazes of staircases.

The hotel is very strategically located opposite Kings Cross Station where getting around was made easy for us.

Internal access to the room was narrow and a lot of stairs given the luggage we had. We didn't carry a huge amount of luggage either, about normal for people going on a long train journey which must be normal for you.
