That there was no food available at the hotel and I had to use local catering options, which was fine in the evenung and for breaksfast but when I arrievd just ater lunch most of the options were very full,a so limited choice.

room location - on the ground floor - this was useful because I have some mobility issues. The hotel was located near to the veuse that I was attending on the day, so allowed me to walk to the venue. The price also seemed good in comparison with other surrounding hotels.

noisy guests. There was no advertised quiet hours and several guests chatted loudly in the corridor late at night. I expected guests to be arriving late etc given the location of the hotel but not that they would be returning seemingly loud and drunk at all hours of the night (i.e 2, 3, 4 in the morning). Would be useful if reception could tell them to keep the noise down.

Check in/out was quick and hassle free. Location was ideal for travelling via Kings Cross / St Pancras. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Tea and coffee in the room well stocked with working kettle and fridge. Air con was available but not required in March.

Rooms were very small not a lot of room to put your bags. Bathroom fittings all broken of damaged already. Shower leaked into main room.

Hotel location was great! The luggage room also was great help for leaving luggage before check in!

Bed was springing noisy, can't shut up window,pipes making noises or bathroom fan, sheet was not made properly, Mark's on the sheet,kettle wobbling, room was tiny,couldn't get around the bed I'm partly blind with copd,lefted don't work for upstairs only the ground floor.

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay due to it's proximity to Kings Cross and St.Pancras stations as we had an early Eurostar train to catch . It was clean and tidy with good facilities

We could hear noise from the street, but that's to be expected since we were right by a busy train station.

The location is right across the street from Kings Cross Station, so just what we wanted for catching a morning train out of London. For 5 of us, we had connecting rooms with 2 bathrooms, so the space was good. The bathrooms were clean and updated with modern features. They let us check in early to store our bags, which was nice.

The bed was a single bed and was a bit smaller than I expected but it leaves some space in the middle to pack my luggage. There were so many stairs that you have to carry your luggage over some steps even though there are a lift.

The location was superb. Just across King's Cross station. The room and the bathroom was clean. There were a kettle, hairdryer and TV provided in the room.

Being an old building there is no soundproofing -you could hear every step above and the tube, not great for having a good night rest but for a short stay, it is manageable.

Room very small, Doona was too small and hardly covered the double bed and the bathroom was so small the toilet was virtually up against the wall ad hardy any room to sit on

There is a lift, but it is a bit uncomfortable to use because you have to go down the stairs to take it and then it only takes you to 3rd floor, so you have to go up the stairs if your room is on a higher floor. Our room was facing the street and not the main avenue, but still there was too much noise in the morning.

The location is perfect if you are planning to move around London by train, metro or even on foot.

My only issue was the bed - the mattress had a dip in the middle so was slightly uncomfortable but not massively an issue.

Location is fantastic as it is directly across from Kings Cross/St Pancras/Eurostar stations. Slightly dated but really clean. Bathroom was lovely.
