Very small car park with a tight entrance, though spaces available at a nearby public car park. Shower was very small Only 1 sausage for breakfast

The bathroom was very tight, but it is difficult to convert a 400 year old building!

The breakfast was great and very filling. Staff was great and flexible. My wife , 16 year old son and I were staying 3 nights for a weekend break and our son who is at Warwick University joined as for the some of the time. We were given an excellent rate for our 19 year old son to stay with us for 1 night (which included breakfast for him)

The heating was on a timer and went off at set times. We were cold on a couple of occasions but when we raised it the staff did make an effort to sort it out for us. Room 1 did not have double glazing so this didn’t help. The stairs to our room were on a spiral and someone with mobility issues may have struggled. It was noisy late at night on the Saturday due to rugby on tv in bar etc. My friend used ear plugs to get to sleep.

Breakfast nicely presented and good to have a vegetarian option. Room was nicely decorated and plenty of hot water for shower etc. The restaurant had a good ambience with Spanish themed menu. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was on the smaller side, but was perfectly adequate for what we needed. There was not a lot of room for the tea and coffee making facilities, but there was a nice selection.

Really friendly staff, family run and a nice comfortable atmosphere. The family run restaurant was excellent, home cooked, Columbian Tapas. A good choice of cereals etc at breakfast and a generous full English breakfast. It was extremely hot and the owner provided us with a fan and bottle of water.

Excellent location for town, food very good with beer very reasonable in price. Old buiding so stairs narrow and steep. Staff were great with easy parking at rear of property. Overall fantastic

Security light outside our window kept going off and on and someone's bathroom fan was on and off all night.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. This was our third visit and we will be back next year

It was two flights of stairs to the room at the top.

The room was spacious and lovely with a comfortable bed and large bath. We arrived just in time for Sunday lunch which was excellent. We enjoyed having a drink, watching golf and chatting with the locals. We were away for a week, staying in different b& b’s each night and this was my favourite. Good breakfast and lovely staff too.

Bathrooms need refurb. Understand the property is very old so modernising bathroom might be tricky but shower definitely needs some TLC.

Rooms were a little noisy, but as we'd had a few drinks, it didn't break our sleep.

Very quirky bar and restaurant area, a lovely outdoor area with a wonderful Latin American feel. Large comfy clean rooms with a light and bright feel. Great addional facilities, fan, heater, fresh bottled water, shampoo, and body wash. Breakfast was really good, continental and full English. Staff were friendly. Very close to the centre with lovely bars, coffee shops and restaurants and close to the train station and castle.

Good choice of breakfast items, including juice, cereals, yoghurt, toast and cooked breakfast. The hotel location was ideal for easy access to the town and castle.

Unfortunately, the shower was very weak, and the water flow was a bit intermittent. The road outside is quite busy, so you will hear some vehicle noise if it's warm and you have the windows open.

The staff were all amazing. They couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. It was a very good value. The room was exceptionally clean and well presented. We were given a good choice of breakfast options, and the bar menu looked excellent. It is a few minutes' walk to the market square. As it is an old building, there are quite steep steps up to the rooms and no air conditioning. The hotel provided fans for the rooms.
