Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GermanyOverall not much negative to say - staff was very professional, but not overly friendly. Be mindful that if you have a basement room that it might get a bit loud with people walking on the street right outside your window.
Location directly by the Kensington Gardens - ideal for exploring all of Westminster on foot if you like walking. Room was on the smaller side but had everything you needed and the shower pressure was good.

United KingdomBreakfast was not included, and I think in the future they might consider options where breakfast is already included in the price. Although it was very clean and comfortable, the room was not very spacious.
The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I chose this hotel because it was very close to our event. The staff and service were very nice and they meet our needs. I recommend this hotel if you are planning to go events near Hyde Park.

KuwaitThe location was a bit noisy, with ambulance sounds and some construction during our stay (as Usual in Central London). For the purpose of improvement : -Add a Bidet Spray near the toilet seat to accommodate additional cleaning methods.
-The Staff were 10/10. The best thing about this hotel is the Staff. They go above and beyond. -The room is as expected. Great staff, service and comfort and although they forgot to put balloons up originally for my friends birthday in the room they made up for it with the chocolates, balloons and champagne afterwards which was very lovely.

United KingdomSuper friendly and accommodating staff! we arrived earlier than check-in time, but our rooms were ready so we were able to check-in. Even my special requests were accommodated, absolutely fantastic guest service! the receptionist Dizina was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotless clean with fresh towels, coffee pods machine, toiletries and fruits. the room attendant was very also very polite. Great selection for breakfast and breakfast attendant was extremely nice! I haven't encountered such lovely staff during my many stays in London! Great location too!

I think it is great value for money in central London, with 2 tube stations and Paddington train station close by. There are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets around. Breakfast is also satisfying with enough hot and cold varieties. Hotel provided daily biscuits and fruits on arrival, which was much appreciated.

FinlandOur room was in the basement and sometimes quite hot - there was aircon though, and we used it a few times. You could easily hear sounds from neighbouring rooms and from the street & underground, but you got used to that.
The breakfast was very good and we ended up having it every morning despite the extra cost (£12,50). The room as well as the bathroom were smallish but adequate and functional. There was a kettle, coffee machine and a small fridge, and the hotel provided water bottles every day. Location near Queensway and Bayswater tube stations and Hyde Park was very convenient, and Paddington station was not far either. The hotel staff was very friendly.

Location is easy to get to once you arrived in Liverpool Station for the underground to the hotel location is also easy to walk to some of the tourist attractions if the weather is good the small town if Queens way is handy place for snack meals local bar get to see the local people I recommend the hotel
