It was very loud at night so we barely slept. The floor in the room above ours was extremely squeaky and it must have been a large room with many people, because there was someone walking around all night. Also the watertank of the toilet made an annoying noise after flushing for about half an hour.

We had everything we needed in the room. Small but sweet and nothing was missing. Also good connection to the train station.

Shower drain was not draining properly and would overflow. Bathroom overall was not clean. The sink had grime all over and the bathroom smelled of mold. Dorito crips found on the floor at the side of one bed. No mirror in family room apart from a A4 sized mirror on the bathroom wall which steamed up after a shower. Very difficult to equally divide time to use the mirror. There were only a few plugs in the room, made it difficult to charge our phones while using other electricals.

Family room was layed out well. Hotel situated in a convenient area with lovely cafes and good convenience stores. Nice to also have a small fridge in the room. Onsite parking was also useful

Aircon would’ve been great in the hot weather but fan was provided, and general cleaning could’ve been done to a better standard as felt like some areas were missed

Room was too small. no elevator. Had to carry all of my bags to 2nd floor in a narrow staircase. Single beds were placed inside of attic. No air conditioning. Had to open the windows.

When we first arrived they put me in 3 singles bed when I asked/paid for 1 double and 1 single, they swapped the room to 1 double and single great then no TV remote or air con. Yes there was a fan but it doesn't cool the room down for three of us.

Location was easy to get to. Reception/bar looks nice.

I was slightly annoyed there were not enough towels, for the 2 of us. We only had 1. Thank goodness my friend had his towel. The way to get to your room is a bit chaotic. No wifi either in the bedroom, apparently is supplementary to your stay. There was just 1 mini spoon available for 2 persons to stir the tea/coffee.

The room was absolutely impeccable as far as cleaning goes. the bed was kinda comfortable and the location of the hotel on a decent distance from the city center. Pretty safe area I'd say. The staff was friendly.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which I think may have come from the shower drain. I was too tired to bother complaining about it. I imagine the room could get quite uncomfortable in hot weather

The hotel is in a good location, sitting on a main road with plenty shops and restaurants nearby. I had no problem getting parked despite being a very late arrival. The room was comfortable enough and cosy without being cramped.

It didn't have bedside table lamps. Poor insulation so it was noisy. Shower was very small for a tall person, couldn't fit underneath

completely loveless including,from cleaning the room to the coffee sticks and sugar bags which were tossed all over the place. which in my experience ( I’ve tried to replicate it, since it was kind of a Mikado explosion, very interesting) did take some effort to achieve.

it looked like an asylum, including some random dude shouting „HEEELP MEEEE“ and knocking doors at 3 o clock at night, overall it was almost like a reality freak game, that’s also how after day one we said that we would experience it from that point onwards. the neighborhood was kinda ok with good food.

I hurt my leg before I my trip & unfortunately there was no lift. The area itself is in the Jewish community, loads of nice restaurants but no bacon or sausages. So if you expect a fry you'll have to head into city centre. Bus & tube are easy to access.. we enjoyed our stay..

Rooms were small, bathroom was tiny but it was clean & warm. The beds were comfortable & shower was great, water was warm. Staff were friendly .

The pillows were a little flat and I had to ask for another one for my daughter as it was giving her a stiff neck.

The hotel staff were nice and friendly. It was situated near the main transport hubs and it was easy to jump on bus or walk to the tube station.

Strong smoking smell in the bathroom, although we used the air freshener, but still odour. Dusty radiator made me feel discomfortable.

Nice space family room, quiet location, also close to shops and rail station. Good parking space and valued for money.
