I chose this place because of the reviews and it didn't disappoint. Ideally located in a quiet street that was close proximity to the station and the seafront. The owners were very welcoming and the breakfast was very plentiful. If in Cromer again I'd certainly return here.

Lovely b&b 5 mins away from the beach and town, so ideally situated, was nice and quiet. I was in a single room which was on the top floor so if you can’t do many stairs go for a double, room was spacious, plenty of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and even some biscuits!!

The water pipe banging at 6 in the morning it frightened the heck out of me as I thought someone banging on our door. I spoke to Neil about it to which he profusely appologised explaining that being an old house things needed upgrading and that he was gradually replacing pipes throughout which I totally understand. It would not stop us staying again so no worries there. 😀😀

Knoll Guest House was chosen as it is close enough to Cromer Pier to walk and I am so glad we did, the 2 rooms we booked were spacious, well equipped with ensuite, tea/coffee/biscuits & bottled water, the bed was comfy & the room warm enough. Jane was very friendly & makes exceptionally lovely homemade bread which we had with our breakfast. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and was served by Janes husband Neil. Both made us all feel at home. We treated 2 friends to a show at the Pier & a night stay away for a xmas present which they thoroughly enjoyed and asked us to pass on their good wishes to Jane and Neil for a lovely stay. I would not hesitate to recommend Knoll Guest House & will definitely book again, many thanks to you both for a lovely stay, best wishes Carole & Robert Lewis.xx

We couldn't find anything we didn't like. Our stay was amazing

The appearance of the guest house was impressive. The welcome we received was warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for Jane and Neil. The room we stayed in had a seaside theme. The bed linin was white very clean and the room smelt fresh. Provided in the room was Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sparkling water, still water and there was even a touch of oat milk sachet s provided in the room, as well as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. The breakfast was all you could wish for again nothing was too much trouble we felt thoroughly spoilt.. We highly recommend this guest house.
