We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe rooms aren’t soundproofed at all. We could hear people talking to all hours of the night in the surrounding rooms which was a real shame.
Location is very close to Moseley high street and also restaurants on Ladypool Rd. The room was stylish and it had a good kitchen and shower room. There was space to hang close and cupboard space.

New ZealandI could not use the top plates. The mattress was totally uncomfortable. Cars use the road as a race track so many times during the night you were waiting for the sound of a crash. The internet was so very weak. Sometimes no signal over heavy use times for the area in general.

United KingdomThe pre-arrival check in information and quantity of messages is completely over-kill for this apartment. I’ve never had so many messages and so many rules! All a bit of a faff and not proportionate to the quality of stay. It’s an ok apartment in a lovely area. We had to download an app for the key code/ door entry which wasn’t needed as the main block door was left open by others.

NetherlandsWe had to change the dates of our booking and this was much harder than I had expected. I spent hours on the phone with customer service of both Kunda House and Booking.com, Kunda House would have been happy to change our dates but when I tried to do it through Booking.com I was told it wasn't possible. We could only stay one night and had to book somewhere else for the rest of our trip. The dates of the booking weren't as flexible as I had understood from the terms when making the booking. The lights in the flat are very cold, the atmosphere would feel a lot warmer and cosier with some warmer lights!
It was very easy to check in with the door code. The place was as advertised, the shower was nice and the kitchen was well-equipped.

United KingdomWhen we arrived someone was already in the property who showed us an email that stated he had also booked the same apartment. I was unable to initially reach the property (5:30pm) and so needed to contact Booking.com to help. A staff member then called me to say that the other person shouldn’t be there and that someone was on the way to help within 30 minutes. We waited (it was dark and cold- mid December and I needed to get my mother in her 60s and sister with MS out of the cold) and then I received an update from Booking.com to say that the apartment was now cancelled and told us they would try and find us alternative accommodation. By this time we were starting to panic a little as we had nowhere to go and it was dark. I then received a call from a lovely lady from Kunda house who was very apologetic and said that we could use another apartment until the next day when we would be able to go into the apartment we booked. The apartment for night one was much smaller (we were a party of 4 in an apartment for 2) and the lady said we would be compensated. We are yet to be compensated for night one but feel relieved that they were able to do something to help so that we weren’t stranded. From there the stay was lovely. Nice apartment with good facilities.
The property was nice once we were able to get in. It was clean, modern and comfortable.

United KingdomIt did not look like anything in the pictures. Quite clinical rather than cosy and comfortable, at least in the flat I was staying in. Others may be better but the pictures were misleading for this particular one. Mattress very thin. It was loud in the evenings from people above having the telly on, talking, and getting on with their business in general. At times I thought I may as well be in the same room... Sparse on towels for two people (one hand towel and one bath towel)! I sent a message about it which they did not respond to. An abundance of messages before the booking and some afterwards too about returning keys, asking for a picture, and if there were any missing there would be a fine. They must have had really bad experience with hen parties/stag dos/people smokiing and not vacating the premises on time as they levy fines if you leave later, put a deposit on your card for breakages etc, ask for two items of identification to be scanned and sent beforehand, sign terms and conditions, and so on. I had at least 15 emails from them, it was a bit overwhelming. By contrast, they did not respond to me when I sent them a message about it not looking at all like in the pictures and that they were not enough towels.... I will not book again here.

United KingdomThe AI messaging system was appalling.Despite making clear my arrival /departure times previously it asked me again then "confirmed" my check in and check out times as N/A. It also continued to state my stay as 3 nights when I'd had to cancel the 3rd night as a rail strike would have meant no service back if I stayed the original 3 nights. Then I got checkout instructions about photographing apartment keys a full 7 hours after the time I'd informed them via this AI system I'd be checking out !! However someone somewhere knew of my shortened stay as my account was credited for only the 2 nights - go figure ! The AI is programmed on your arrival to me to message an inane welcome and hoping you'd settled in and assuring you if you needed any help for anything they were happy to be if assistance...IF ONLY. I tried twice to ask for the password to the 'free wifi' advertised on Booking.com and to this date had no reply or to the email I sent. Its useless having Wifi without the password -very simple to either leave it on a welcome sheet at the property or with the message that gave me the front door code. Then the TV which in the ads shows the Netflix logo ... If you press the Netflix button on the remote you will see the logo - just nothing else as in my room 4 the Android TV had no HDMI input Normally that would be fine as I have VirginTVGo,NetflixNowTV etc on my tablet but its wifi only ...... I was using my mobile for streaming but ended up running out of my data allowance. All because the property doesn't have effective communications. For information my 2nd day had torrential rain hence not going on the heritage trails I intended to and using my phone more. Despite these major quibbles the apartment was above my expectations and I'd happy stay again.Though having got that elusive FREE WIFI password beforehand !!
Very good lication for very diverse eating out and pubs though I'm teetotal but drinkers would be well catered for. The apartment was almost luke walking into a self contained newly decorwted flat Amazing kitchen with all favilited and white hoods,cooker,microwsve,kettle,toaster. Plus full set of pans, cutlery,crockery,knife set and utensils and a great pair of oven gloves. You could eaeily self cater if on a budget. For me I used Goohle Maps to find nearby eateries. I can heartily recommend Peacer on Woodbridge Rd for the best pizza by the slice with lots of side dishes and home made desserts.. Aldo beer on tap,wines and organic soft drinks. Very friendly staff and an informal chilled out atmosphere.aThey also do takeout to the nearby 'PatKav'- The Patrick Kavanagh pub ! Any eatery with mostly 5 star teviews has to be good! Transport wise the regular No 50 bus from Alcester Rd into Birmingham is very handy and only 6/8 minutes walk away. My stay was to see a band at the 02 Institute on Digbeth Rd and the 50 was fast after finding the Mosely area cab companies were all too busy.The 50 drops you off 3 mins walk from the venue.

IndiaLocation - Though it is 15 to 20 minutes away from City Centre, it is very accessible. There is Bus (50) every 5 minutes to city centre. Nearby Local Asian market was an added bonus. The room was clean and tidy. Staff members were very empathetic and considerate. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

United KingdomThe door code was not sent to me until the morning of our visit after I contacted the host on several occasions. The door code was not responsive on several occasions and another resident let us in on one occasion as the door code wasn't working. The exit procedure was only sent shortly before we were due to leave. Lucky we saw it! No light bulbs in bedsie lamps. Extractor fan in bathroom not working. Kitchen was smelly on entry.
The keys were available at the property. A very pleasantly doecrated stylish apartment. Convenient facilities for a short stay. Very good location for eating out or take away. Conveniet for getting into city centre.

BulgariaI could not connect with the hosts in any way, either chat or phone call. I was not sure how I am suppose to check-in or check-out, even that I send them many messages. They send me the information really late. The code for checking-in was given with few hours delay after the check-in hour.
