Lack of toilet paper

The bathroom smelled quite a bit like pot (as did the hallway) and even with the fan on, (for 2 days) the smell didn't go away. The shower was also very small. We had a single toilet paper roll, which was enough, but it is always a nice feeling to have a back up. The bathroom could also really use a towel rail or hooks as there is nowhere to put a towel after using. The bed was mostly comfortable, but a bit soft and lumpy. Safety issue, the fire alarm was disconnected and therefore not working. A toaster would be a welcome addition to the kitchen and the tap in the kitchen was very loose and wonky, although it did work well.

The location is amazing. Easy walk to everywhere in the city centre. The apartment was very clean and generally had everything that was needed for a short city stay. Overall, we enjoyed the apartment and I would consider staying there again as the good outweighed the bad.

The Internet wasn't very good at all , we tried to get the TV to work , we did speak to the owner who was very nice but the TV just didn't work , the shower head was a little tricky .

I think the outside steps could be tricky in the winter. The main gate wouldn't open, but this was being seen to. The WIFI was very poor and kept dropping.

The shower needs upgrading as wouldn’t stay fixed on the wall . The bedroom could do with a mirror and a plug point so you can do your make up & hair . Only one towel each no hand towels .

Above a very lively pub- it didn’t shut until 1am so it was very noisy with the karaoke, music and lots of bottles being emptied into the bin.

Very comfortable. Great facilities and ideal location. Ideal for our family of 4 for the weekend. Clean and tidy.

WiFi was very poor. The tv was struggling to work with the strength of the WiFi. No cutlery either.

The sofa is a little uncomfortable, need a foot stall or something to kick back and relax. Lack of tea towels/hand drying facilities and bathroom towels aren't very big either. The metal stairs are super slippery when it's been raining and could do with some rubber mats or some kind of grip on them. There needs to be a warning that the apartment is above 2 rather loud pubs - ear plugs for everyone would be fantastic (we had our own)

The space is beautiful, lovely and large - beds were really comfortable too. Everything was so clean and ready for us on arrival. The size of the apartment is incredible. There was shower gel, shampoos, body products, toothpaste, tea bags, washing machine and all kinds of unexpected facilities in the apartment too, a very pleasant surprise! Everything is so close to this apartment, all of the beatles stuff, Albert Dock etc within a few minutes walking distance!

The blinds didn’t work and a funny smell in the bathroom

Uncomfortable beds, broken facilities (show rail, hairdryer), nail sticking out of back of sofa. Wifi didn't work and no TV as no ariel. Horrible smell of weed throughout building. No toilet roll or handwash. 2 towels for 4 guests for nights - until we found some wet towels in the tumble dryer and had to dry ourselves. Very poor.

Convenient to city centre but really not good for children above a bar with live music and overlooking a courtyard for 2 separate bars.

Quite a lot of stairs.

Lovely modern apartment ,very well equipped. Nice welcoming unexpected touches that make for a relaxing stay ie milk,beers,tea bags,shampoo. Landlord was easy to contact and very friendly.
