Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI didn't like the fact that there was two of us and one key card to unlock the door, When my partner went outside to smoke we had to decide if one person going to sit in the dark or if the person who went out had to phone to get inside the entrance 🤔
Both my partner and I enjoyed the room. The staff was friendly on the day of our arrival , great location near the shopping centre 😀. Bed was very comfortable. We also met a young lady who was changing the bedecked. She was very polite.

United KingdomI expected more in the hotel room, like shower cap, some slippers. Bar is full unless you book in advance, prices for drinks are quite high. You're better off going to the pub across the road to get drinks to save some money. Breakfast prices are ridiculous, being offered at £15 a head. Of course we turned that down as that's quite extortionate for that. You're better off just going to the mall and having something to eat over there as there are many options to choose from.
Location is excellent if staying to watch a theatre show. Literally only a 2 minute walk as its opposite the hotel. Shopping centre right next to it is great. Only 6 mins away from station when travelling by Uber.

United KingdomBehaviour of One staff at the reception being rude with Me and not understanding what i was explained when chased My request the day i checked in and the next day as i was checking out. Lady name behind the reception was Muna Yusuf who was very rude to Me. I did inform the duty Manager on the day of the checkout which was on the 21/04/24 of the list of issues i was having and nothing has been progressed on this
