Parking was actually not £8 per 24 hours and it cost me £22 for less than 48 hours!

Clean, affordable, amazing location with great views, easy to see what is in the area from hotel too. Allowed early check in so that the room could be decorated for my birthday, also very good service overall. If I called the front desk, what I asked for would be delivered within 10 minutes. I’ve stayed at a variety of hotels but my experience here was probably the best.

The entrance / lobby on the ground floor. Really let’s the whole place down.

The view of the park was great as was the location and the cocktail. Loved the big high bed and bedroom decor. Breakfast was good too.

Only downside was the shower. It's fine if you want to wash your hair but if you don't you end up nearly breaking your neck trying to not get your hair wet as you can't adjust it at all (it's on the ceiling).

The hotel is stunning. It has such a high class feel to it as soon as you walk through the door. The sky bar has the most beautiful views and is a great place to enjoy a yummy cocktail.

Absolutely nothing!

Outstanding service at reception, waiting staff, with the highest housekeeping and maintenance teams make this a 5 star experience! Lovely, comfortable room and elegant bathroom. Huge comfortable bed. We absolutely loved the stunning views from the bedroom. The Sky bar restaurant on the 14th floor had the most tremendous views of all! Breakfast was so delicious and fresh.

The hotel is clean and the staff are always available if you need them. The rooms are spacious and clean the bed is very comfortable. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants and bars and they have a very nice roof top bar restaurant.

The location was great, easy to get to. The hotel itself was amazing and immaculate The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and welcoming The room beautiful, we were on 9th floor so the view was just amazing. The room itself was clean and had nothing we could complain about. I would most definitely go again, and would recommend this place 100 times.

Some management improvement needed in the restaurant. Had dinner one evening in there. On taking my order, the waiter never asked if anyone had allergies. I have a severe fish allergy and carry EpiPens. When I told him I had an allergy, he didn't understand why I would need to tell him. My colleague asked if he had any training on allergies and he said no. He looked genuinely puzzled, so I believed him. That is a serious failing. Also, I was served a soft drink in a nice glass but it had a chunk out of the rim, which I caught on my mouth. I mentioned it to the manager on duty and told her the glass should be disposed of. She just said, ok and walked off. I would have expected a fresh glass and another drink. At breakfast some of the waiting on staff are not helpful. There are 2 milk machines for cereals. Day 1 was fine. Day 2 it was coming out a small drop at a time and took 2 minutes to get enough. I mentioned it and was told it was always slow, which it hadn't been when used the day before. The second milk machine was the same just a trickle...and another customer was told to tip it over sideways and the milk would come out. A health and safety issue waiting to happen!!! All that needed doing was milk pouring into the top, which a helpful young lad did this morning.

The hotel is lovely. Everything you need for a few days working away and would also be good for a leisure trip. Apart from staff mentioned below everyone else was great, especially reception, cleaning staff and two gentlemen at the bar. The hotel is well furnished, nothjng is shabby or dated and everywhere is spotless. Amazing views if you have a room overlooking the park.
