Clean, Organized, Convenient with a ton of Thoughtful touches all around exuding a Luxury feel with plethora of added options. He even had Sensodyne toothpaste for us, with 2 water bottles and a nice fan to keep the place all warm and toasty making it harmoniously comfortable. They had plenty of towels and the sheets smelled super fresh and my double bed was what I needed to stretch out the tensions from London traffic. Super bright and safe and parking privileges was just absolutely outstanding and convenient. Tv was easy to use and basically whole experience was complete and the place is not lacking in anything at all. Definitely will be back. Can’t go wrong for the price. Even has a nice outside patio feature with extra bathrooms and extra tvs everywhere.

Everything was good, would like to stay here again

Everything! Not a single bad thing to say about this property. Everything was clean, host left us complimentary toothpaste, bottles of water, shampoo/shower gel which is sometimes not accommodated for in an apartment stay, so was pleased with that. Also if we needed anything we could always contact him and he would reply fast. Mini fridge in room and kitchen had the dishes we needed. Can’t complain at all :)

My room was a little bit too small for my stuff (I had a big luggage and a carry-on), you can make sure that you book the big rooms.

I liked the host the most. I usually do not leave references, but I think I should do for this property because the host was very hospitable and a big help for me. He did whatever he could to make my stay there more comfortable and pleasant.

It really exceeded my expectation, the house was impeccable and the manager was on point; communication, planning, and administration was top notch. I will definitely recommend this property. There was a lot of effort put in ensuring guest's comfort and security.

The facilities were wonderful - being able to use the covered setting area in the very well kept backyard was an unexpected bonus. The entire house is very well designed, decorated, clean and very modern, and I enjoyed walking along the Thames waterfront trail which is just a short walk away.

The room was exactly what we needed, small and compact, ample room for two people. Spotless and fresh, the bedding was good quality and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was modern and clean, the water was hot and towels white an fluffy. We didn't use the kitchen, as time was short, however it had everything you would need, there is also a lovely patio to enjoy. We attended a concert in Crystal palace, we didn't want to take the car, so chose to walk along the Thames costal path, a very pleasant 1 hr walk from Thames Mead, to Woolwhich, where we caught the tube. If you have mobility issues, you would need a car to get around as the nearest train station is in Abbey Wood, 6 mins to drive and 30 mins to walk, alternatively there is a good bus service to Abbey Wood. I will certainly return and stay in Thames Mead, we didn't get a chance to explore the area and would like to visit Woolwhich particularly the Woolwhich Arsenal museum, there are a number of nice bars and restaurants outside of the museum and close to the tube station.
