The lift in my opinion is dangerous , shower had mold, the cleaner needs to clean.

I thought the location was good until the disco started and the drunks tried to break in.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Noisy outside so did not have a good sleep. The outside front door looked poorly kept and dingy looking, and the corridors had a stale smell. The room was also quite small, not like what was shown on pictures on booking.com. Also, the TV was flickering a lot and the iplayer just keep switching off. Overall, I would say below average than what I am used to and not really value for what I paid for.

The bed is a bit low down for taller people like myself and my partner and the way the shower door is placed makes it so when you have a shower a lot of water ends up splashing out

Actual entrance to the building is a bit run down, very close to clubs so expect some noise till early hours. Cleaning staff on duty in the morning are quite rude which wasn’t a nice ending to what was a lovely stay

Easy to find, well located and the floor itself with the suites is very clean and well maintained. Room had everything you could possibly need, even though you can hear the clubs/people at night it’s manageable

The location is fine, but it is opposite a club, and gets quite noisy in the night.

Self check in is good but you need three codes just to get the keys. Bit of a faff. Had a hot shower and didn’t close the bathroom door. The steam set off the very cloud fire alarms. Took ages ti turn then off

Smelly hallway leading to property and close to smoking area which drifted into the room. Nightclub was outside doing music until 6am.

Very comfortable and nicely finished. Close to everything you need.

The floors got very slippery when wet especially in the bathroom as there was no shower doors the water got everywhere. The shower hose was not working properly and the water was quite cold. Quite grimy in the corner of the shower and in the morning the lady was very rude kicking us out and she gave us five minutes to get all of our things as we thought we had until 12 but it was 11 am check out. Which is completely fine however there was no need for rudeness.

The bed was clean and comfortable. I liked the microwave and fridge facility as I really helped out a lot. Great space for Makeup and the property was warm during the winter. The ladies who welcomed us were extremely lovely and let us stay a little earlier as it was for a special occasion.

Since the building is located in the city centre and the road is closed, there were people partying the whole night. I suggest anyone staying there to bring ear plugs.

The apartment is very nice, clean and very well localized. It has all the amenities that you expect, like towels and soap. It also has instant coffee. The check in was easy.

The suite was very clean, comfortable and cozy. The mattress was comfortable, a very nice shower room also. The location was perfect, close to the centre.

The tv freezed out a lot. there was marks and what looked like a cigarette burn on the carpet in our room.

I liked how there was a microwave in the room. I also liked how there was a balcony where I could vape without leaving the premises.

Noisy location at night. No light switch near bed. Description incorrect- there isn't a separate lounge, there is a small desk with a chair in the bedroom.

Great location, five minute walk from Birmingham New Street Station. Small but well equipped including fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, ironing board and hairdryer. Comfortable bed. Modern shower room. Lift available.

Could have been cleaner and needs a much comfier bed

All info was sent in advance to get into the property and all doors had keypads so it made it very easy. In a very busy area of Birmingham (pubs open very late and very noisy in the evenings). The outside and stairwell of the flats were less than attractive but the room itself was clean fairly clean and just big enough for 2 people. Very hot in the room as the top floor so had to open the windows and even on a Thursday night the nightlife noise was very loud.

Beds are too soft, windows are not good with outside noise. Could do with a bedside table and air-conditioning as rooms are too hot.

Location especially. Very clean both room and toilet and tidy. Spacious. Loved the little "kitchen"

In the summer it gets very hot, there is no air circulation. Two fans are available, but there is no use as there is no air in the room and it becomes stuffy. I believe that if I could open the window completely it wouldn't be so hot inside.

It is very close to the train station and the center. The staff are kind.
