On arrival we were a bit sceptical. The outside looks shabby and could do with some serious TLC.

I loved the bed, the tv and also the fact there was a fridge. Very good location if you aren’t planning to spend much time in the room.

Clean and comfortable. Alit of noise from outside especially early hours when people leave the clubs.

I had problems with noise whilst there. I was not sure if most was from the neighbouring property, the building being next door to a large casino. On the last night the noise very definitely came from the next door apartment, the occupants insisting on playing loud music four 5 hours. I had no one to raise this with and did not feel safe asking them to turn it down. The room could also do with an extra bin and some dish washing facilities, given I was staying for 3 nights.

travelling as a lone female I was a little concerned when I saw the exterior of the building. When I arrived at the 3rd floor I was put more at ease by the security lock for the floor. The apartment was compact but well presented and had all needed for a short stay.

The place was fine but Booking.Com advertised it at £117 for two nights then charged me £145 without an explanation I tried to resolve it but they asked for proof with a screenshot which I did not have. Why would I take a screenshot Never book through Booking.com

I liked how cosy the room was, I wouldn’t say it was a suite as there isn’t any facilities to cook another despite having a microwave but the bed was super comfy and the overall room was nice and modern. the area isn’t bad and the hallway where the room is located is secure.

Building Entrance - Little dated would be good with updating, main front door lock wasn't great very hard to get out, signage hard to spot walked past a few times trying to find it. Life very dodgy even tho there were notices to say it's a jerky little scary if you don't like them. Rooms - Maybe cleaner need to pay a little more attention to detail under the bed wasn't clean and there were dirty wipes on the window cill, could benefit with having a larger bin in the main room not just a tiny one in the bathroom as that bin wasn't big enough for rubbish. Would benefit having a bath matt on the tiles as floor was slippery after a shower. TV remote wouldn't work the telly had to use the buttons on the back of the TV.

Fantastic location, bed very comfortable fab night sleep, great communication, very modern room lovely decor. Fab that the room had microwave, toaster, cutlery, bottle opener, kettle, tea coffee etc... cups glasses and fridge with a bottle of water everything you would need

The bathroom had a bad smell from time to time.

The property was very nice and enjoyable and the bed was comfortable and I liked how the tv had Netflix and YouTube. would stay again. The bathroom was also very nice.

Entrance to the building looked very rough and wasn’t shown in the picture. Didn’t give the luxury first impression that you would look for heading into a night. The room could have done with a deep clean.

It was quite warm and a fan was provided but air conditioning would be a nice bonus. Lift was working but felt like it was going to break

The Location is not easy to find and we had quite a problem . We asked many people and were directed in all sorts of different ways. The directions to the site could have been better

The room was clean, had all we wanted. good shower room, Tea and coffee facilities with glassess etc crockery. Privacy lift to the third floor - jerks a bit but easier than the staircase!

the entrance to the building did make me feel a little uncomfortable. I also booked this room as it said it was £142 as I clicked pay it came up as £150 this was very disappointing and if I could of cancelled I would off but it was a last minute booking so that option was not available

like a hot box. fan provided but still unbearable. couldn’t open the window in the night either as drunk people and ghetto blasters going literally all night even at 4am.

no air conditioning so on a v hot day we had to have the window open fully This is a central location but it was noisy until 7 am then at 8 am the road was cleaned by the council! The communal areas leave a lot to be desired

The entrance and getting upstairs to the rooms were not the easiest and inside the rooms they were really hot, with only one little window to open.

the design and layout of the property were great and they provided us with almost everything we needed for our stay.
