Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This was meant to be a final night stopover before a long drive home. It turned out to be a very lucky and good choice. Quiet rooms, comfortable, clean and you were shown to it, which is very unusual in my experience. The food was excellent, and the breakfast spot on (veggie haggis!), it really set me up for the day. Another smaller hotel but I really liked this: the restaurant had a friendly feel and I did feel welcome when staying. Recommended.

New ZealandDouble bed was too small Too many one way doors to get to the bedroom We had an electric bike stored in a shed and requested power be run to the bike for charging overnight. The owner turned the power off early evening without telling us. The bike was seriously under charged for ride to Tongue next morning and arrangements were made to charge for an hour before we left. Did the owner know how this might impact on the travel next day? That it was done in error is unlikely as the extention flex was taken away. Why didn't he notify us of this? Very unhappy with this action

Basic catering - venison burger and chips was uneventful and cereal and orange juice rations at breakfast. Waitress at breakfast was the only person who seemed right for front of house.
