It could have been better ..with some sunshine!

The owner kerry communicated with us and answered any queries we had..we arrived to find a lovely hottub ready for use..and a bottle of fizz and chocolates. On a practical side thre was everything we needed .

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like

The property was very clean with everything we needed for our stay. On arrival we had a welcome gift of Prosecco and chocolates which was lovely. The hot tub was amazing and quite private too!

Beds are a bit small for a 6 foot person like my self. Could of done with a hand rail to get in and out of the hot tub.

It was quiet. A nice camp site caravan location was good. Caravan was clean and modern. A nice place to relax.

The activities hv to be rebooked and paid for whether you going to use some of the facilities or not which is expensive so preferred going outside the location with the kids which was less expensive although the whether was not ideal as it was cold and raining

Shower temp was a little inconsistent and hard to regulate. It got very hot and couldnt turn it down without turning off and starting again. We didnt get entertainment passes as by the time we booked the lodge all the entertainment and activities suitable for us were booked up. It's just one of those things. Didn't seem worth buying one for a 3 night stay on the off chance we would walk into an activity. Having said that it was a short stay so we found things to do nearby and the kids loved the hot tub.

The lodge is lovely. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of room. Lovely hot tub. The site was tidy, spacious, clean, friendly and peaceful. Some nice places to have a drink and some food nearby. We went to Tattershall Farm which the kids loved. PS3 in the lodge was a bonus for the kids.

We loved everything about our stay, a beautiful gift of fizz and chocolates to greet us and everything we needed was catered for the hot tub was a dream. The beds were so comfortable and the caravan is situated close to all site facilities and activities, but was a peaceful spot too. Thank you Kerry and Tom. We hope to book with you next year.

Despite the rainy weather we had a fabulous time on a short 2 night break and I can’t fault this accommodation. Absolutely beautiful spacious luxury caravan in a lovely quiet spot. Kerry has thought of everything. So many little nice touches and we were greeted with Prosecco and a box of chocs. Very clean and I didn’t need half of the items I bought for self catering as they were already provided. Lovely hot tub with parasol which we still got a lot of use out of despite the rain on a lovely decking area with furniture. We will definitely be back.

The only thing we didn't appreciate was the noise coming from the caravan nextdoor on the last night, however this was no fault of anyone else apart from the inconsiderate family at number 5.

The friendly owner who updated us regulary. The clean caravan with everything you can think of in there. The location of the caravan is perfect.

Nice and spacious inside the caravan nice decking hot tub being a plus. Felt welcomed with complimentary Prosecco and box of chocolates.
