My only small complaint was the shower wasn't very powerful..

Fantastic location right near Paddington and local grocery shops. Comfortable room with tea and biscuits and plenty of towels. Air con was a nice bonus as it was hot at the weekend.

After a warm summer day, the room in the top floor was hot, but couldn't get the AC to work

The bed is too soft and the elevator is very very loud.

The appartment is very close to Paddington station, supermarket, shops near by for convenience. Very clean and comes with kitchenet. The room has heater and a fan.

We had a problem with the shower draining, but a quick contact with management by email saw the problem fixed by the time we got back from our day out. The shower is hard to get in and out of, being up on a platform, and having to step down onto the floor where the foot left in the shower could slip out from under you was tricky. Some nonslip stickers on the shower floor would make it a lot safer. That was the only drawback to the room.

Getting in the door the first time and getting the key from the drop box was easy. Detailed instructions by email. The room had everything we needed and was clean and ready for us. The housekeeping staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It was so nice to have cooking equipment, plates, glasses, and utensils, it made preparing and eating in so much better. Additional touches like dish soap, scrubbies, and a kitchen towel made it quick to tidy up at the end of a meal. The apartment is just a couple of blocks from Paddington Station which made it very easy to get around London by underground, train, or bus. At night the area is quiet, which makes it easy to sleep. I would highly recommend these apartments.

The instructions of where my room was were not clear and it took a long time to find it. Sometimes there was a smell of sewer coming from the bathroom. Although the bed was comfortable it was too small for two people. It would be great if there were small salt and pepper packets, like the sugar. Salt is not usually something one buys for only a few days.

It was well located and clean. It had almost everything one could need or want. The staff were very kind and helpful.

A bit of tlc would help to make the apartment even more comfortable, e.a. socket by the bed was loose so I had to recharge my phone on another socket.

Customer service is exceptional. Staff go above and beyond, from arrival till when long gone. I cannot thank them enough, they deserve a pay rise!

Very close to the paddington underground station, easy to get to after an exhausting day!

Lack of bedside cabinet both sides of bed. Noise of neighbours in number 9 getting up at 5am on our first morning and having no care about their noise levels as they left for departure.

Nice sized room with plenty of natural light. Plenty of tea and milk which was great on our arrival. Hallways were very clean and well maintained.

Great location in Paddington, close to the transport hub. Clean and comfortable accommodation, if a bit dated, with a very comfortable bed. Much more spacious then comparable priced accommodation in the area.

Cupboard too small, maybe more hooks to hang up clothes. Shower cubicle is small.

Well situated, away from noisy crowds, yet short walk from tube station. Cleaning done every 2days, but towels, tea, coffee, toilet rolls are well supplied. Room isn't big as expected, but it has everything needed. Bed is very good, slept very well. Communication through chat is fast and clear.

The apartment was on the ground floor, and one of the 2 Windows we're facing a wall, so it was a little bunker like. The apartment could have been cleaner for example the dishes we're a little dirty.

Location was great, and the beds we're good. Everything went smoothly when booking.

The building across from the street was under renovation, and there were constant loud noises in the morning.

My mattress was too soft.

I liked the fact that in an appartment we have more comfort. It was very nice to have water, tea and cookies, and a fridge. Communication was easy all the way.
