We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The setting was wonderful and was made more so by the fantastic staff. The property is lovely with fantastic views. We liked everything about the property, the history of it and loved the open fire in the lounge.

The food was just spot on, some of the best food iv had. We cannot wait to come back in February but this time we want to come back for longer.
