Queuing for bathroom

Very clean, excellent communication, with bus stop outside and tube not too far so great for getting around. Down side obv could do with updating but then, cheaper than other accommodation

Can't fault the place at all. It's not a five star hotel but it's clean, comfortable and in a very nice area.

The location was great, and the host was very helpful with everything, he even went to get me an iron from a different property when he learned that I had a wedding the next morning.

Some part of the floor creaks when walked upon. Window is facing the road, can get noisy at times (inevitable downside of convenient location). Little bit of smell in the public area hallway (only outside, the inside of the apartment is smell-free and totally clean!) A bit of stairs to reach the flat (less convenient when checking in and checking out with luggage).

The room seems to be newly painted and they don’t ventilate it often. So, the room has smell of paint which is not pleasant. Besides, the staff asked me to throw all the garbage in kitchen and my room before checking out. Because of this, I only give it 7 instead of 8.

The room, shared bathroom, shared toilet are clean. There is a kitchen, so you can cook if you want. Its location is in quiet neighborhood and near Imperial Museum.

The floor creaks and the rooms are not soundproof. Furthermore the neighborhood is deserted at night hours.

Alfred was super hospitable and willing to help in any way. The room was comfortable and the apartment was overall totally clean. Location was less than 10 minutes away from Underground and less than 15 minutes away from London Eye by foot.

Booking.com automatically takes you to the wrong address on google maps but the property is very close by. Ceiling is quite thin and the residents above can be heard moving around quite easily.

Very good location, spacious room, nice bed and sofa. Wardrobe for storage and nice kitchen to use.

Not organised properly! Day 1: heater not working when I need it because it is under owner’s control. There’s no plug for bathtub! He sent a lady to bring extra blanket and a plug over 8 pm, i am already sleep! He knocked on my door 9:15 pm, wakes me up again to bring me private heater! Day 2: leaking water from heater, the plug is wrong size I realised when I needed, no hot water! I called him after I message to him but no response from him. He got mad. He yelled me over the phone he said bathtub only for shower. I said why in your advertisement is bathtub private, and why you sent a lady to bring one yesterday? and he hang up my phone! I went to bed without shower! He knocked my door after 9:15 pm wake me up again! Day 3: leaking water from the heater! There’s right size plug shows, he comes over after 9:15 pm again and took the batteries from heater remote control! He was angry because I use his Washing Machine!

Location, and the owner helped me carry my luggage up and down!

No plug for the bath, had to improvise. Building flat is located in isn't the nicest and is smelly, despite the flat itself being immaculate. Not the owner's fault.

Clean flat, everything you could need including microwave, crockery, oven, fridge etc. Very nice owner and cleaner. Great to be able to leave luggage and also in my case check in early. Large rooms, comfy beds, balcony. Friendly and professional owner. This is a small, conventional flat you share, if others are booked in as well.

- NO HEATING. Or, to be more precise, the heating was on in the room but off in the rest of the house. But this meant that the room was dispersing heat faster than it was accumulating it with the tiny heater that was on. Same for the bathroom. I was freezing!

- Nicely located - Owner is friendly and helped me solve some issues we had (involving keys) very quickly!
