Nothing to add really. Be prepared to have someone to open and close the gate for you when entering and leaving the carpark.. Also, would be 100% perfect, if there was a bath, as there was plenty of room for one. However, the shower was one of the best we have ever used, so this is very minor and personal preference. We knew before booking, so it was our choice.

Great appartment and fantastic location, if you like the countryside. Spaceous and comfortable bed. High quality fixtures and fittings. Great hosts too.

There was absolutely nothing at all to complain about. From the moment we arrived to when we left everything was perfect.

The flat was just perfect. Spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and furnished. You immediately felt at home. It was also very quiet. Advice would be that you need to be able to use/climb stairs to stay here. The hosts were just lovely people and and nothing was too much trouble. Parking and bus stop right outside the door into Leeds which was around 25mins away. Would defiantly return.

A wonderful spacious property, spotlessly clean, well equipped, in a perfect setting. Beautiful views, lovely walks, but only 10 mins away from Leeds. Will definitely stay here again.

There was nothing significantly missing within the apartment - very minor things we noticed were no dust pan and brush (only because we unfortunately broke a glass!), oven glove and a baking tray / additional shelf for the oven.

The apartment was excellent with 2 very good sized ensuite bedrooms and spacious throughout for relaxing in. Some nice touches in providing milk, biscuits, tea, coffee etc. Hosts were very friendly and even allowed us to use their snooker room during our 3 night stay.

Beautiful self-catering apartment, spotless, with everything you might need. Milk in fridge, tea, coffee, biscuits (and chocolate!) to set you up. Candz was very helpful, made sure I had everything I needed. Lovely garden, off road parking. Absolutely brilliant place to stay.

My only disappointment was the building work under my room. I felt awkward about asking them to stop which they did without argument but it was a pressure I could have done without.

An amazing spacious private two bed flat with large on suites, with living room and kitchen so clean and comfortable and cosy. Brilliant facilities and host on site for any problems or if you needed anything. Ideal location for York or Harrogate or Leeds. In the country side so very quiet, ample parking spaces and Public house in walking distance. Friendly hosts and their dog. Would defiantly go back.

There's was nothing that we did not like.

The property is meticulously clean, kitchen was fully stocked and equipped for home cooking. I could write pages about the property and our stay but I don’t want to because I want to rebook at a popular time next year! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality, we will be back.

I didn’t like that you had to Walk through the owners home to get to the top floor - which was where the apartment was. this didn’t feel very private, and I personally didn’t enjoy this aspect at all. there was also a dog, which we were not prewarned about, we were told upon arrival. it was a Rottweiler. we never actually saw it, but we had to ensure the gate was locked after leaving each time, which meant stopping on the main road to ensure the gate was shut properly. the dog could also be heard barking late at night - which was pretty loud and unnerving. I’d also said before arriving that we’d check out between 10&11, but during our stay when I asked about check out I was kind of asked to be out by 10am as they had other guests arriving early. I didn’t like that, as we had paid for the apartment and the policy is check out between 12&1.

The property was beautiful. inside and out. large property with plenty of space, open, tidy and clean. the host was welcoming, and allowed be in half an early as I’d travelled 3 hours, and arrived before check in.

The owner was lovely and when I asked if had couple of balloons for my hubby's birthday she went out of her way to get some banners for his age and balloons which was lovely🎈 overall lovely place.
