Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomParking was a bit pricey but this is outside of the owners control, there is a CCTV monitored car park at the north train station which is a 3/4 minute walk away (£18 for 48 hrs).
A good spacious apartment that comfortably sleeps 4 adults (2 couples). Clean and well equipped with everything needed for our break.

United KingdomCan get a little noisy in the evening due to night life nearby but wasn't really an issue once you closed the windows. Didn't realise until a few days before that you are asked for a refundable deposit even after full payment (for damages) but understandable as you don't have contact with the provider like you would in a B&B, deposits are probably standard practice for apartments. No others issues, hard to think of anything negative we were really happy with the apartment and appearance.
The apartment was very modern, clean and spacious, toiletries and cleaning products provided as well as tea, coffee & sugar, My son and grandson loved that netflix and WiFi was available and had good connection. Beds where very comfortable and made up on arrival and towels provided. This was our first time at staying in an apartment as we normally stay in B&B, loved how we could relax in the evening once the grandchild had gone to bed and not had to stay in the bedroom with him like you do in a B&B, would definitely stay here again, close to train station (5 min walk) north pier and blackpool tower. Had a little trouble gaining access due to not being able to access my booking.com account for the keycode but was easily sorted via email with the provider. Overall a lovely apartment and I would definitely recommend.
