It was exactly what I expected for the price I paid. Yes, a very small room with toilet across the hall, but quiet and nice. Loved the breakfast--far better than expected with lovely people serving it up. Love Bayswater, so location was great.

Quite dated building and facilities. The room with a private bathroom was located next to the shared toilet, which is a bit annoying.

Excellent location, close to the tube stations and Hyde Park. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a garden facing room and it was quite quiet. Fair cooked breakfast for this price and offering of cereals, toast, etc.

Pleasantly surprised. For one night it certainly did the job. Great location, opposite the park and 5/6 mins from Paddington station. Nice breakfast too. Would stay here again as it was great value for money.

Disappointed in the limited breakfast service. When we arrived at the breakfast room at 9.20 (breakfast ordering finished at 9.30), we weren't given a menu and a member of staff there offered to cook us fried eggs. Unfortunately she couldn't understand that we wanted bowls of cereal. So we had breakfast elsewhere.

The staff were friendly and the room was very clean as was the bathroom. A hair dryer, kettle, and tea and coffee were provided in the room. It was overall a really nice stay.

Had to lug my suitcase up lots of stairs, but to be expected really in this type of accomodation.

Location is excellent, and comparitively well priced. Breakfast was good, had no need for lunch that day. Staff friendly and helpful and I felt that they wanted to make sure I was looked after.

Pity not ensuite but I knew before booking and shower room nearby was fine. In the bedroom it would have helped to have a towel rail next to the sink.

Rooms are small. Beds were not great. Yes, you have to share a bathroom,but it was clean and always available for us. Being in the center of town, it can be noisy if you keep the window open. Not very big deal.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was also very good. The price was amazing for the city, and the location was amazing! While it's not a luxury hotel, it allowed us to visit London and not break our budget.

Rooms facing the street rather noisy - no double glazing. Breakfast not served until 8am so no good for me as I had an early morning flight from Heathrow.

Everything was tiny and cramped. The tv was smaller than my computer screen. The wifi sometimes dropped out. The bed had about a foot on either side of it. There was only one pillow each. The shower and shower room was extremely small. It was fine for a night but it was not amazing in any way.

The location was very good. Easy to get to by tube with lots of options for food within easy walking distance. It was also nice and clean.

I can't complain at all!

We had a family room and had 2 days travelling around London with my family. We had a strict budget and decided to go with 72 QT. We were not dissappointed. Staff were wonderful, we were able to book in early after a long flight, breakfast was delicious and included in the price. Bedding was clean. Very simple but if you are on a budget 72QT is clean and perfect!
