Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We loved the location. Our room had a great view of the promenade. Easy walking distance to the main street for shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Also short walking distance to the tram station to go to the Great Orme, which is well worth going to. We changed it up and took the cable car back. You can buy tickets up the top for the cable car. Also, walking down the Promenade is a must and once again, easy walking distance. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast was adequate with hot food cooked to order. Just a note though that there is no lift in this hotel but we knew that when booking and was ok for us. However, the staff will assist you if required. which is great. We enjoyed our time here at the hotel.
