Great location, Fantastic sea view. Staff were helpful when I asked questions. Room was made up every day, that was a bonus. Can’t comment on breakfast as I didn’t do that. Had a great stay.

I can't think of anything that caused any real concern. The postcode when entered into the car's satellite did take us to North Marine Road rather than Queens Parade, but a quick look on Google Maps showed us the two roads run parallel to one another, so it did not take much to work out that we needed to find our way onto the sea-side of the buildings.

Contact with the owner prior to the date of the stay was friendly and proved extremely helpful in clearing up a couple of questions I had. Friendliness and helpfulness are words that are also applicable to the stay itself. The welcome was extremely cheerful, and the room was both bright and clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were very good (tea, coffee, white and brown sugar, milk plus biscuits) and the shower, too, was very good (always a big plus for me because I hate having to play the game of chase the water droplets from a woefully weak shower head flow). The full English breakfast was superb, cooked to order with generous portions and good quality products, and pots of coffee or tea, according to choice, were supplied. The dining room is well lit by natural light and smartly decorated. The Leeway is high up, overlooking the sea, and the winding walk down to the shoreline and then into the town is very pleasant and sharpens the appetite.

The room we had was a bit cramped, but otherwise quite adequate. It was also on the top floor. Ok if you are fit (we are fit enough), but could be a problem for anyone who doesn’t like stairs.

Well located, car parking made easy by the provision of parking cards, lovely landlady.

The pillows weren't very good, lumpy. Be aware that there is a lot of stairs. It was fine for us but you might want to request a lower room if you struggle.

It's a very sweet B&B run by a lovely woman. It's very clean. The shower is warm and has reasonable pressure. The seaside view is lovely. It's not too long a walk to the sea front either. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is lovely! And the dining room is spacious and nice. There are two chairs and a little table in the double bedroom, a hair dryer, a kettle, a mini fridge, and a little basket of tea, biscuits and hot chocolate which is lovely. The room is cleaned every day. The woman running the inn was incredibly helpful and friendly and found solutions to everything.

Wifi is weak.

I always book in this location. Stayed at different rooms in the same neighborhood. This is my favourite. The room have amazing sea views. Size is perfect for me, small but not cramped nor cluttered with stuff. Basic but well thought and planned arrangement of furniture. Very clean. We enjoyed having our space and privacy. I will book there again.

Excellent stay, lovely property, with an excellent host. Rooms are lovely with kettle,TV, fridge, coffee maker. An a sea view what more can you ask. Spotlessly clean and in an excellent location with parking. Breakfast is delicious with ample choice. Cant fault the Leeway in anyway.
