Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainThere was no wifi and we had to phone for options which could have been provided earlier. The water heater was not functioning when we arrived and we had to phone administration several times to have it run properly which took a long time for water to be heated. Blinds in living room needed repair. I requested for electric fan because it was too hot when we arrived, and it came the day we were leaving. Instruction manuals should have been provided.
It was clean and accessible to basic needs and public transport.

United KingdomThere was no hot water at the property, despite raising this concern it wasn’t fixed during our stay. Their was a dead bird on the balcony on our arrival and it had clearly been there a few days at least prior to my arrival, they did remove the bird after notifying but the hot water was not rectified so we had to have Cold showers during our two night stay. I am appealing for a partial refund for this lack of working facility.

Brilliant Apartment for kids and adults , we were heading to legoland and the apartment was lego style, beds were really comfy, everything was provided and easy to handle so was great kids loved it and it was 3/4 of the price of most other apartments for legoland , close to the train and bus station, Tesco express 5 min walk , local shops , balcony terrace was a really nice wee bonus also.

United Stateswe booked this property as it advertised free Wi-Fi and I needed a quiet place to work for part of the trip. We were informed by email the DAY we arrived that there might be issues with the internet. Did not work when we got there and they gave us passwords to other units internet (not ours) that barely worked. In order to get part of my work done it took me three times as long with the internet kicking me off every 20 minutes. Had we known before hand and before they took all of the money we would have booked elsewhere. Very sneaky on the part of the property
