There wasn't a good selection of food and for breakfast we had to go find someone to order as we was waiting a while.

My daughter absolutely loved it. We stayed in the pirate themed room which was great, they had a little puzzle to work out and get the code to open the safe. Which had some gifts inside. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was so clean. My daughter also loved the lego room.

Toilet was a bit dirty yellow and dirt around toilet seat and also the neighbours had massive row in the early hours which woke we up and kept me awake this was difficult as I have a son with 7 disabilities and challenging and I was shattered and had to drive home this day which was hard.

Staff at Reception not that pleasant. Awaiting more then 10-15 mint to understand why i could not check in. Then i call the day after to ask to have late check out and they didn t want to provide for me.

The time table could’ve have been clearer and the Lego shops closed early! The Lego shop should be open at all times, there’s no valid reason to close a retail shop if all of the Legolanda incentive is to get people to purchase their toys. And if they are closing they need to be clear about timings. Couldn’t get through to anyone about my booking via Booking.com. Every time I got through to someone they would say they are not the right person to help me.

The swimming pool needs a good renovation, but it's ok.

Food is good , all around good place , kids are busy all the time that after all day playing, dancing, gaming, swimming pool end of the day kids don't have power to even take showers 😁😁😁😁bar for parents too is good 🍸.

Quiet time of year so no queues! Lovely family room. Kids absolutely loved the pool, playroom, and bedroom. It's very well done, and the breakfast options were great too!

The atrium/ bar area had no atmosphere, chairs played out randomly. Room could have been cleaner

Pool could do with some TLC, food very limited at tea at bricks restaurant with his a difficulty with special needs kids that struggle with eating habits

Emailed before my stay with no response, there is no way of ringing them (had a flat tyre 5 miles from the hotel) and couldn't contact them. Some of the staff on the front desk aren't as knowledgeable or helpful as they should be.

Great value for money when booking last minute on booking.com. All the extra touches make it! Great place to stay before or after a trip to Lapland.

Room smelt super dusty. We got to the hotel around 10.20, baby was asleep, and the lift was super loud waking her up. Would have been better if past a certain time, the lift wasn't talking. Also no contact number for the hotel. Had an emergency and had no way of contacting the hotel. Very poor service!

Brick restaurant has the space to look amazing but besides a lego character here and there that's the only give a way. The pool looks very tired and is an easy fix.

The room and treasure hunt with gifts for the children is/was a great touch. The play areas for the children are great too

The pool and pool area is very tired. The children didn’t notice but it really does need an overhaul. The choice of food in the Bricks restaurant was very limited. Staff were lovely but not always very well trained. It would be good to have butter at the breakfast buffet station. A small discount for the shop for hotel residents would have been a nice touch. Out toilet needed a thorough clean and the toilet brush was tired.

The treasure hunt in the room was excellent. Beds were comfy and the playroom was super.

The lifts were difficult! And great to be able to use the pool and playroom post checkout but getting around almost impossible without a room key. Long wait to be seated at breakfast but fab food and staff once in.

Really lovely hotel, and most of the staff were fantastic- so friendly and helpful. Loved the treasure hunt and all the neat finishing touches in the room.

Staff were all lovely, but had quite delay at check in with a staff member who didn’t seem to fully understand system and didn’t give anymore information about our stay eg no details given about breakfast included, almost charged extra charge not included.

So well themed and loved the extras for the children such as the treasure hunt leading to the little gifts. Prefect for little ones!
