They bed were not made and it was clear that someone else were sleeping on that bed the previous night. The toilet was not flushed after use and can find urine stains in the closet. The property smells horrible and I have use perfume to calm down the smell. Couldn't sleep the whole night. When complained the staff brought another bed cover and duvet which was also used.the staff was so rude.

The property should not have been advertised by booking.com. Booking.com should do all checks on properties before making them available. Booking.com has not helped with this situation and it’s been 3 months now. I have raised this complaint multiple times with booking.com and also requested to speak to a manager or someone in a higher up position with no luck.

Disgusting filthy property, not as advertised in pictures, broken radiator in bedroom just laying on the floor, filthy floors throughout the property, urine stains all over the toilet seat, stains all over table, dirty fridge freezer in bedroom. Also beds were filthy, crumbs and stains all over the beds as if someone had just slept in it. Strong smell of cannabis in this property. Did not stay at the property, immediately recorded video for evidence and reported to booking.com to inform them that i have a 2 year old with me and the property is very unhygienic that i will not be staying and request for a full refund.

The place is dirty the bed has not been changed and had dirty sheets the toilet was dirty the sink was dirty the walls were dirty it looks like someone has just been here and left 20 minutes before we got there as there was dirty socks next to the bed and a half opened bottle of red wine with tissue in as a replacement for a cork was left on the table we couldn't stay let alone sleep in this accommodation we left 20 minutes after arrival. This shouldn't been on booking. Com the picture look nothing like the accommodation.

The room stunk like urine, the bed sheets had not been changed and was stained with questionable white stains and with what I can only describe as body fluids and urine. There was mouldy food in the freezer, bathroom was disgusting. We walked back out after 2 minutes there. DO NOT BOOK!

First of all, the host was invisible because not a day did we see him or her. No communications whatsoever from the day we booked to the day we left the property. When we got to the place, we didn’t know how to get in because of no communication and had to email booking.com for help which we were able to get the code. Secondly, the house was something unexplainable. It looks like a drug parlour. The place is dirty. There is a broken chair and some dust chilling outside of the room. The bathroom is very dusty. The kitchen looks like it’s not been cleaned for years and there was a rotten bin with rotten food inside. One of the bedrooms had a massive hole on the wall. The bed sheet have not been changed, they smell. The smell is horrendous. The place looks like a haunted house and it is very unsafe for human let alone for pregnant women, infants and children. It’s very unhygienic and dusty. There is only 2 strands of blinds left on the rack Lastly, there is no parking either

Their communication is very poor they neverpicked phonecalls, the apartment is not well looked after. Even when I texted them, the heaters were not working, and locking and opening the door, it was a big problem. It took 3-4 minutes to lock and open the door in flat 3. The worst thing was after texting them all these things, they texted me and said it would be sorted out throughout the two days I stayed they didn't bother coming to fix these things I complained about. There were no towels even to wipe the water in the bathroom. The first time, I lodged without towels. The pillows were rubbish

Well where do I start. Firstly check in is at 3pm. I got there at 2.45pm.no one there to meet you but a lock box with keys in box. But firstly they want you to sign extra information sheet for hotel it self, but it looked like signing up for something I didn't agree with but besides that they emailed it through booking.com also own email which I could view it but not reply back to it. So I went on site to fill it in but the message service wasn't working for me so I didn't manage fill it in. So when I got there I had no keys get in. On phone half n hr to booking to sort it said gonna phone back but my phone had died. By this time it was freezing cold around 4.30pm wasn't sure what to do as town half n hour walk which I was on foot. The place is outta town in a area looked rough getting dark..bear in mind I have narcolepsy and I'm getting very tired at this point so I was extremely upset until a stranger walked by so told him the crack so he offered to go to friends to charge my phone. So I did for half n hour. Finally got on phone to booking to sort it out.then had to prove the message service was down so couldn't fill in their forms to get keys. Two girls came to property as staying there let my inside property to keep warm while I was on phone and they told me the place was dirty. So wasn't looking forward to getting in there as all I wanted to do was have a nap before I went out. In the end I got in at 6pm 3hrs later. The place was disgusting...cooker dirty kitchen dirty...there was mould all around the windows. Dirty socks left on floor. Opened fridge put drink in there and it stank like dirty sour milk and it was dirty. Bedsheets not been changed. The only clean thing was the shower. The whole place was filthy. Only one chair...no towels no hair dryer so couldn't get a shower. So I got ready and went out all night to about 2hr before I had to get out..I never even slept in there.

When trying to check in the lockbox wouldn’t accept the given code couldn’t get the keys there was people smoking weed outside the place was dirty we had to book somewhere else for that night. Terrible
