#1 Advertisement showed us accommodation for 2 adults & 2kids + FREE WIFI in booking.com ... after payment through online, it showed us only 2 adults ( we were cheated). .only 1 bed was available in the room #2 FREE WIFI USER NAME & PASSWIORD which received through email , was not available 3# We called the mobile no: which was given in email for clarification using induction cooker. But there was no response..

Where to start, the showers were disgusting, well only one worked, the toilets were filthy and brown, the skrting boards were thick with muck, there was brown paper stuck on bathroom window because no blinds or curtains, and a bag of stinking rubbish under the sink for starters

very very disappointed!! The place was absolutely filthy, personal things were left out everywhere around the house, the bathrooms were full of black mold. there was no toilet paper in the bathroom so we had to get our own and had to bleach the bathrooms as we couldn’t use them. I messaged the host to ask if he could get someone to come and clean the bathroom and toilets, I got no response. There was rubbish under the sofas, a random pack of cigarettes just on the floor. Overall, the place was disgusting.

I slept with the bedroom door open for the two nights I stayed. There was no bedroom curtain for the window so I slept and dressed under see through window. The number provided as an emergency contact was no longer in use. Dirty bathroom.

The property was very filthy dirty the kettle leaked water constant. The bathroom was disgustingly filthy. There was no room in the cupboard or the fridge to put anything in mine. The advertise TVs in the rooms there was no TVs in the whole property.

Booked for week £198 and walked in to a room that needed a chemical cleaning before anybody could stay in it. Tried to contact owner with no response about it. Contacted customer service who paid me £38.80 in compensation and told they cannot do anything about it.

My mum always said, if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything. P.S don't forget to take toilet roll, hand soap, cleaners, cloths, towels and might be an idea to pack your own bedding.

* Unsanitary, unhygienic * No clean drinking water * Same key for each room - totally unsafe and not secure * Hosts rude, ignorant, neglectful * Leaking ceiling - complaint was ignored, owner/host blocked me; ceiling could have fallen down and killed a guest! * Riddled with litter, everywhere, certain that place has never been cleaned since opening * Disgusting * No facilities such as fridge, or kettle * Nothing like the advertisement *Want a refund. Total waste of money, should NOT be listed on booking.com! It's an abomination! The most atrocious I have ever seen. Could not stay there!!! DO NOT BOOK!!!

EVERYTHING- The house is absolutely DISGUSTING!!!! Do not stay here!!! It’s not cleaned there’s left over food, chicken bones, rubbish the list could go on, left there. the place is awful. when told about it and demanded a refund as had to book somewhere else to stay they ignore you! and booking.com are no help either!!! Avoid at all costs!!!

The fire alarm system was so sensitive in the kitchen you couldn't even open the oven door without the alarms going off throughout the whole house. Also the list of rules is endless which include no smoking or drinking outside the house and there was empty bottles and cans along with around 20000 cigarette butts in the back yard that have been there for years

The property is very minimalistic, extremely dirty, no pride taken by the owner. No curtains or blinds in bathrooms, food still in kitchen area, dirty crockery, pots and pans dirty. Oven dirty. Not enough cutlery or mugs, in fact 2 tiny mugs only. Garden area extremely dirty, covered in cigarette ends, rubbish, extremely unappealing. Front door very insecure, not hung straight. Not suitable for a long stay, not suitable for children. Rubbish and random bed sheets stuffed everywhere in the house.
