No kettle, No hot water, the mattress was so thin you could feel the slats, there was no curtains so was up at 5:30, the carpets needed a hoover No fan in 30 degree heat

Very poor communication, I was chasing check in information after arrival time to be told I’d been moved to another apartment in a different part of town with no parking and felt much less safe as a solo traveller. Will not use again

just to clarify i didn’t get in this apartment , as i was travelling to the property i had a phone call stating the apartment i had booked was not available as it has now been let to a permanent resident and shouldn’t be on booking.com still . i was however relocated to a city centre apartment it was ok but had i known about this i wouldn’t have booked as i didn’t want to stay in leicester city centre i wanted to stay in le3 ,on the plus point the guy who met me with the keys at the property was extremely polite and helpful

The back walk out glass door/window had no key for it to be locked. When I rang the staff to get the key for it as it was unsafe for us to leave it open the whole night, the staff mentioned it was taken away by the previous guest and that they can’t do anything about it and will be fixed later. Wasn’t happy about that at all as we couldn’t go out in town or anything as we didn’t want our stuff to be left in the apartment when it couldn’t be locked from the back glass door and as there we no cctv cameras at the back. Also the shower was broke and wasn’t working. So really wasn’t happy about these kind of stuff.

That the door that lead to the rear of the apartment was unlocked and we didn’t have a key to lock it! Also the sofa bed had stains all on it and the sheets.

Our staying was for 7 days but 3 out of them were without water and about a day with no electricity. Can you imagine when there was no water the Cockroaches were coming out from the bathtub sink also I saw some fleas in the bed

I booked an appartment for my guest who came from USA. On the first day i couldn't get in to the appartment because of poor communication. Next day, which was yesterday, i rang the guy who owned this appartment and spoke to him regarding my booking. First he didn't recognise that he had a bookings. Then after he said "yaa yaa", then he sent me video and instructions on my WhatsApp on how to get in appartment around 7.30 pm We then collected keys. After at night time when we tried to go in. Main entrance door didn't open after 15 to 20 minutes. I rang the guy and he did video call but he didn't figure out, then he sent someone who opened it for us. We entered the appartment. The appartment was so dirty, not cleaned, smells of cigarettes and weed. I have a dust allergy and i had an allergy attack at night. The my guest went to the room and i tried to open sofa bed, there was no sofa bed so I some how managed to sleep on the floor. I had a lots of complications with this booking and i felt so embarrassed with front of my guests. I did have all evidence and chat conversation that how was rude that guy to me. Booking.com wasn't help me to get my refund at all.

There was no toilet roll provided or tea and coffee. The sofa bed was just a blow up mattress in the living room but what we used it for we didn't mind to much.

The apartment wasn't clean, there was a very strong smoke smell, the walls were stained, the sofa bed was beyond disgusting. The fridge was dirty, the surfaces were smeary, the furniture is heavily stained and damaged. The bathroom was mouldy and the toilet bowl was heavily stained, I highly recommend you do not book this accommodation it is nothing like the photos.

Had to ring up to find out how to get keys on arrival. Told no early check in due to cleaning which had obviously not been done. Lights tripped every time you switched one on. No towels ,sanitiser and the whole place smelled of smoke and food. Holes in doors, Mould around the bath and the toilet and furniture was dirty. All 3 of our party slept on top of the covers and left it as late as possible to go back to the apartment, then left as early as possible. The fridge was disgusting with a random out of date beef stir fry mix left in the freezer and remnants of whatever else had been stored. Got the overall impression somebody had just moved out temporarily for the night to rent it out.

I don't know where to start. This simply was the worst stay we have ever had and we can not advice anyone to ever stay here again. The rooms smelled of smoke and weed, mold in the shower and bathroom, completely destroyed couch in the living room, kicked in doors, the sheets were stained and had bugs in them. We woke up with the worst rash ever seen. And to top it of there were semen stains on one of the living room chairs. Compensation was out of the question, by the owner and by booking.com itself. Very disappointing.

The location of the accommodation is promising. The city centre is a 15 min walk away. As is the King Power stadium to enjoy a football match as we did. Parking at the location is free of charge. The back door as stated in the earlier ratings was fixed. That were the only positive aspects of this location.

Smoking smell everywhere in the apartment, including linen.. Damage doors No toilet roll or hand towels and two bath towels.only for 4 people. Sofa bed the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. This apartment is not fit for purpose, very poorly maintained and falsely advertised, you will have sleepless night and will regret hiring
