Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThink breakfast could improve as while everything looks lovely and there is plenty of choice, the heat lamps just do not keep the food warm so everything is luke warm therefore disappointing. It was the same on both visits so maybe you could improve that as many other hotels we stay in do not seem to have this problem. Thank you

United KingdomWe enjoyed having a bath to soothe aching legs after a walking holiday, however, there are safety issues that need addressing. There was no rail to hold on to when exiting the bath and the bath surface was a little slippery. Probably not an issue for younger people but not good for those in their 70s and 80s. We spoke to a member of staff in the lift who made a note about our safety comments. On both stays only one lift was working. You might like to consider using better pump sprays for the shampoo etc as they either clog or spray everywhere.
Extremely comfortable bed. Quiet room. Very good breakfast with lots of choices.
