We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomBar wasn’t big enough to accommodate the guests, the food was merely ok but expensive, the staff were ok but rushed so struggled to fully give good customer service. In the morning the breakfast food was barely ok and the only person working in the restaurant had the customer service manner of a prison guard. Having to pay to park my car when driving is the only way to get there.
Room was very clean and comfortable. The shower control was a little stiff but once set correctly it was a very nice shower.

Complentary bars of chocolate were a lovely touch. Everything was very good but when I came to shower in the morning the knob on the shower was missing. So no shower. Reported to desk who said they would see to it right away but my stay was only for one night. I will definitely stay again when travelling to East Midlands Airport.

The room was showing signs of wear& tear particularly the bathroom and wardrobe doors and stained carpet. Possibly another usb port would be helpful
We were upgraded to a superior room which was an unexpected surprise and enjoyed the chocolate bar each.Comfortable bedding and the hotel is in an excellent location.
