The biggest thing that lets this hotel down is the Triumph bar service is slow, the food isn’t great and it takes too long long to get served, when all you want is a “bar snack “ The Marco Pierre white restaurant is ok but extremely pricey for what it is and the food is not always great either.

Always clean and comfortable, and the check in staff are absolutely fantastic.

A very busy, large conference-type hotel and just a minute from the motorway. Spacious room, and bathroom. Excellent restaurant although a little expensive but the hotel is good value.

The person who greeted us for breakfast on Sunday morning was very rude, embarrassing us in front of other diners. This was due to them missing our room number off their sheet for breakfast that was already included. We complained to reception, but I believe the chap was possibly a senior manager as the reception staff was frightened of taking it seriously, so we just left it. This would not prevent me from returning as the rest of the stay was lovely.

We got upgraded to a superior room. The Triumph bar is very smart. Overall, it was a lovely stay that had a minor glitch by a rude manager at breakfast. I would not let this put me off, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Our only complaint, the water in the shower was not hot. Hardly luke warm.

Worst WIFI and phone connection I have seen for a long time. I was in rooom 313 - so make sure youre closer to the reception when you book. I had to take most of my calls either in the restaurant or walking around the corridors. Clearly the hotel must know this and does nothing about it - when I complained about it there was like a knowing response and nothing after that. Even my phone connection was poor. Everything else was fine for the price.

This is a conference hotel with nice large rooms. Spacious parking. Grat breakfast. Te coffee in the room. No air con which is normal for UK hotels - but good heating. Windows can be opened which is a bonus. Meetings rooms are prtty good. From the airport, recommend you pre book a taxi or take an Uber. Taxies are difficult to get. On the way back, you should get off at the train station near the Birmingham airport and take the train across - saves you 5 pounds. pre booked taxis can be anywhere between 45 to 85 pounds so please shop around. I used Local taxis found on google.

There's no gluten and dairy free options available for dinner. But the breakfast offers loads xx

Everything was amazing. We've been about 3 times now, always stay here if we are local to the area. Gluten and dairy free breakfast options, breakfast is lovely.

when breakfast was busy far too many young children not accompanied with an adult who were left to get there own breakfast and there was food items slopped all over and juice just running all over the counters - on a plus side the staff worked very hard to keep it clean

Waited over an hour for food. When it did arrive order was wrong and my children were past hungry. I did request a free drink which I got. I thought i may have been compensated more.

Everything, staff very helpful, nice vibe, good rooms, pool area really nice,good bars. LOVED the free early check in and out, that really helped. The staff on reception we're particularly helpful.

The main business is clearly work conferences and events so it’s a busy place. The hotel looks a little tired and is clearly overdue some ‘upgrading’ if our room is a good example.

Great location on the busy A5/M69 junction but the rooms were spacious and quiet. The staff were great too!

The room upgrade didn't include a bath in the 'bathroom'. The walls and door in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a while.

We received a room upgrade which gave us a larger room. The breakfast buffet was good with no shortages. The staff were friendly and helpful.
