Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomI support the hotel's sustainability policy but, after a sharp drop in the external temperature, the room was chilly when I arrived. I was able to increase the temperature on the thermostat. I was allocated a room modified to be accessible for a wheelchair user, although I do not consider myself disabled. I found it a bit less convenient than the ordinary rooms I have been allocated on previous visits. For example the toilet flush and bath taps were less easy for me to reach.
The breakfasts are excellent, with a wide variety of freshly prepared food and as much as you can eat. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. The location is very central and within walking distance of the railway station. I was able to leave my luggage in the hotel's store after checking out, so was able to enjoy another day in MK without having to carry luggage.

United KingdomOur room was next door to a staff room which was rather noisy. I tried to nap in the afternoon as I had a function that evening but it was impossible. The staff were right outside our room chatting Only one bath towel and one hand towel for both of us, so I had to ask for more.

United KingdomI struggled to contact the restaurant/bar to order room service, however they did ring me back within 10 mins so not too bad overall. Also I felt the noise on the flush was quite loud that went on continuously but closing the door helped block the sound.
I liked the size of my room and how comfortable I felt whilst being there on my own.

United KingdomThere was a lot of noise from a nightclub or disco near to the hotel which kept us awake and we needed to ask for a quieter room. The hotel were very understanding and changed our room, whilst apologising for the loud thumping music and the noisy crowd from the disco.
Very convenient for getting to London without the expense of staying in London. Plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants close to the hotel and a decent restaurant and bar in the hotel itself.
