The toilet rolls were very thin, a bigger and or better quality would have been more economical in the long run as I used 3 times the amount. The carpet by the bed had several patches thread bare. There was cobwebs on the ceiling, and the quilt would have been better if it was summer weight rather than winter weight.

There was a good selection for breakfast, the room was clean and spacious with lots of electrical points which is really useful. The beds were good sizes and had lots of pillows.

We were disappointed to find that the televisions in even the superior rooms were not connected to the WiFi, limiting our ability to stream films, programs, or music. This restriction meant that we could only watch terrestrial TV, which was quite disappointing during our extended weekend stay. As older individuals, we were looking forward to relaxing and enjoying some entertainment through streaming services. Additionally, having only one chair in the room was inconvenient for us, as one of us always had to sit on the bed due to the lack of seating options. These factors impacted our comfort and overall experience during our stay.

The location was perfect. In easy reach of transport, restaurants and shops.

TV could have worked better but no other issues.

Very comfortable room with a top floor view. Well located with lots of bars/restaurants behind. No noise once the windows were shut. Bathroom OK, bath tub was quite shallow but fine. TV didn't work very well, poor signal but this wasn't a huge problem.

It's a little picky, but the cooked breakfast had been there a while - dried out bacon and scrambled egg, but there was a lot of choices.

Well located, not far from main shopping complex. Sat Nav takes you to the car parking opposite the hotel which was free after 6pm and 50p an hour. I ate in the restaurant as I was alone and the meal was excellent. There was complimentary water, tea, coffee and KitKat in the room. Very comfy bed, really quiet ( although I would recommend asking for a room away from the lift) plenty of storage space if you are staying a few days.

Plenty of pillows and towels in the room but I found my bed a bit too hard for me. I asked for a walk in shower as I have some mobility issues and I was given this however it was a small single tray shower which was impossible not to get my hair wet on entering the shower. A double shower would have been much better

The food at the hotel was fantastic and there was free wifi throughout with good signal. The surroundings in the reception and meeting areas was very pleasant and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful and it was great value for money

There was no cold water coming from tap. We did ask about this on the Sunday. But it wasn’t fixed. When we checked out on the Monday the reception staff told me that maintenance didn’t work on Sundays. Which I know is not true. Anyway other than that we had a great time.

We have stayed here on numerous occasions really love the location. We always enjoy staying here. We have booked again for September
