4.30 am in the morning some very loud drunks came in slamming doors talking and shouting that woke me up and couldn’t get back sleep after that.

Slightly further from city centre than realised but still walkable. Corridors would be very noisy with people chatting into the early hours of the morning.

Good size room, nice tea and coffee facilities. Bed was comfy and tv good,

The location wasn't great and the car par was small and full which meant I was parking 10 minutes away. One of the things that swayed my decision ro book this hotel was the onsite parking.

    It was clean and quiet

The pillows were slightly on the firm side, but this is of course a personal preference.

We liked the hotel and the location on the quayside. The property was well maintained. Being able to park the car in a safe location in front of the hotel was a real plus. The breakfast offered was as expected, well presented and tasty.

We asked for a Millennium Bridge view for my daughter whose 18th it was and didn’t get one. We paid for River Views but the windows were small. The bathrooms had flaking paint - which they have never had before. Breakfast seemed rushed - plates and cutlery were being taken away as you ate (which has never happened before).

It holds family historical memories - we have celebrated many family milestones and birthdays here. The lady who checked us out was lovely.

Breakfast-pastries/bread needed more monitoring, signage is confusing and if crumpets can't be put in toaster are you expected to eat them cold/untoasted? Very rarely spotted any staff to ask. No wet floor signs (rain/slippy floor) . An extra couple of pillows would have been helpful, vending machine for crisps, water et c would have been nice.

Breakfast very good, hot buffet was excellent, room was lovely, clean and good tea/coffee selection. Bed very comfortable.

Only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel parking was full! We had no choice but to park on the street resulting in us getting a parking ticket. due to me having a hidden disability I wasn’t able to walk to the next again car park which was up a steep hill, the walls are also paper thin so was quite loud during early hours of the morning and when the cleaners are in cleaning the rooms.

I liked how clean the hotel was, as soon as you walk in it’s immaculate you could tell it was kept clean, the rooms were clean and was a fab location

Bathroom a bit shabby & needs updating but acceptable for the price we paid. Noise from the room next door, but not the hotels fault. Inconsiderate other guests.
