Only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel parking was full! We had no choice but to park on the street resulting in us getting a parking ticket. due to me having a hidden disability I wasn’t able to walk to the next again car park which was up a steep hill, the walls are also paper thin so was quite loud during early hours of the morning and when the cleaners are in cleaning the rooms.

I liked how clean the hotel was, as soon as you walk in it’s immaculate you could tell it was kept clean, the rooms were clean and was a fab location

Bathroom a bit shabby & needs updating but acceptable for the price we paid. Noise from the room next door, but not the hotels fault. Inconsiderate other guests.

Good value & great parking ( if your lucky enough to get a space) good breakfast

Shower gel and soap. Could be better. No table to put your suitcase on. Have to put the case on the floor. Not good. Think of Paris!

Inside decoration are old fashion, central heating not working, after several complaints, I was given verbal instruction to solve the issue which didn't work, no proper instructions on the use of heating

Although not the hotel’s fault, an inebriated young man tried to get into our room while we were in it

You need razor points in the bathrooms - or at least offer adaptors.

No spare loo roll, air con/heating system was loud so turned it off overnight, but then it was a bit chilly, but for the price of the room, these weren't massive inconveniences, so good value and pleasant overall.

Convenient to walk across the Millennium bridge into Newcastle City centre, car parking available, reasonable price.

Believe it could have been made clearer that it was the Gateshead property and not Newcastle.

Only thing I did not like was I had to be allocated a accessible room due to my original room not being ready and the doors were a bit irritating not able to shut them manually, but the main problem was the people next room to me not the side my friends was in were so LOUD! It felt like they was in the room with me and even when it come back coming back from the night out getting to sleep they was still up talking loudly. But apart from that was the only problem due to the walls being thin when it’s joined together with a joining door.

I’ve stayed in Leonardo Hotel in different parts of the U.K. and they never fail to impress me, comfortable and lovely looking hotels with reasonable prices to. This one was lovely and the staff were so friendly maybe their lovely accents make it even better. Walking distance to centre was 15 mins ish so not bad either and cheap parking for £8.50 a day

No biscuits supplied with tea and coffee. Also there was only one price for breakfast, so if you wanted a continental type breakfast you had to pay the full amount.

Clean, comfortable, ideally situated for the Sage and Quayside pubs and restaurants. Parking facilities.

My room 339, faced an office block. When I enquired with reception if there was privacy glass, I was told no and that I would need to shut the curtains. The lighting in that room was not very good but having to keep the curtains closed all the time made it rather dungeon like.

Good location, good lifts, big rooms, friendly staff. Easy check in, disabled parking.
