There are two hotels with similar names. It is confusing. I've made the same mistake by going to the wrong one - three times in the past. Beats me as to why they cannot change the name. I was given a reason for why the names are similar but did not fully understand it. Something about change of ownership. Thank God both hotels are very close to one another. So this was a minor inconvenience. Since it was snowing, this was a bit inconvenient walking to the other hotel lugging a heavy suitcase in the snow. The restaurant has very slim pickings and is very pricey for even simple entrees.

Very close to airport. Very friendly staff. Room nice and spacious. Bathroom clean and stocked with fresh towels. Heating worked well as it was winter.

The bed was far too uncomfortable. No substance to the mattress. I could actually feel the bed through the mattress.

Good proximity to the airport and offers a free shuttle bus to the airport starting 04:30 which is perfect for the 6am flight.

I forgot my USB stick behind the TV upon check out and tried reaching out to the Inn so many times and they can not find it in less than 24hours after i checked out. So unfair. I was in room 136 for 8 nights. I checked out on Monday 11th Dec and forgot my USB stick plugged behind the TV. Its a scandisk Iphone to USB stick.

Bed was very comfortable but perhaps a bit more mobile than should be, slightest touch and moved position. This could perhaps pose issue to anyone with mobility issues.

Hotel needs luggage trolleys for patrons to use. Trolleys that work in the carpark and through the hotel corridors. Not all visitors come lightly packed with luggage. I needed to make several trips to.collect my luggage - in rainy, icy, frosted and windy conditions. Not enjoyable

On arrival we were given free drinks vouchers which I have not received before, this was a nice touch and we decided to use them after the concert we had travelled to see, the bar is advertised as open for late drinks on the hotel info in the room, but we were VERY disappointed on arrival back at the hotel at 11.05 pm to discover the hotel bar for residents was closed, and service was refused despite the staff still being there, this completely spoiled the end of the night for me and my wife, I have never been in a hotel where this has happened before and think it’s terrible customer service, on complaining in the morning I was amazed to find that the bar ‘open for late drinks’ as advertised in the room info actually closed at 10.45 pm, although the staff apologised it was already too late as the night had already been ruined.

The room was clean and comfortable, it was ideally situated for the p + j arena, I have stayed here before but not as a leisure break, only for work, and I think I would not stay again for a leisure break for the reason listed below but it is a good value hotel for work travel.

Short of reception staff when busy. Need a vending machine for snacks, rather than having to queue at reception to buy a snack or drink.
